I had a great experience with Jammily! She was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She provided clear and detailed information about their services, maintenance options, and membership plans, making it so much easier to decide what I needed. Her professionalism and bilingual skills were a huge plus, as she seamlessly communicated everything in both English and Spanish when attempting to explain things to my father who only speaks Spanish. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you need assistance—she truly goes above and beyond!

Booked a service for today between 3-5PM. No show or a call. Called them and they had an outsourced secretary that had no idea about what was going on. Very disappointed with their service (or lack of service).

These guys responded very quickly to provide service.

Mike from Air Pros was excellent and amazing service. He was able to fix the drain line but went over and beyond to do so much more to clean the AC that was not working. Also this was done on a Sunday and from my experience it's so hard to find anyone to come help without charging you 10 times more. This company and Mike really efficient and totally set up everything and what to do in future. This company and people super professional thx Mike for your help

Eric came today, February 22, to service our AC unit, and he did an outstanding job. I could tell he is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and is an honest professional he has qualities that are hard to find in a technician these days. We've had other technicians come in the past, but I have to say, Eric is one of the best. Air Pros is lucky to have him as part of their team!

Excellent Service! My first contact was with Carlos, the sales person, and right away, I knew it would be a great experience. They offered an excellent price, and fast installation of a new AC unit. Javi and Miguel came to install my unit, and not only were they professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, their work was excellent quality. I am so thankful to have found Air Pros. Oh what a crazy 24hrs !!!! A big thank you to the team of Air Pros who literally cooled down a heated situation. The service was professional from the min the rep answered the phone and continued with Nerly the tech who came to the house and his supervisor Kenny. Service was prompt he showed up approx 45mins or less after my call. The price was ok I'm not an expert in that field but I do know dealing with trade workers you gotta look out for shady tactics. I felt the service, communication and price was fair and straightforward with Air Pros. No beating around the bush and I like that. I highly recommend Air Pros for all your AC needs.

As Universal Air & Heat, performed an HVAC changeout in August 2022 which damaged the drainage pipe (via jetting) and left some of the work incomplete. After Air Pros purchased Universal, partially completed the concrete pad extension with the AC unit in place. Air Pros also installed a previously-used, oversized circuit breaker in an electrical panel to the point the cover is bent and wiring terminals are exposed.

Just like reviewers on other Air Pros' addresses have noted, they applied for but never paid for or closed out the permit. Nor did they apply for an additional electrical permit or make other changes that the city’s chief mechanical inspector wanted.

Both Air Pros and their permitting subcontractor repeatedly claimed they will call/email back but rarely did so. They may let BBB complaints go to “Answered” simply by delaying.

Another HVAC contractor looked at the work and determined that the pad and electrical work were off-spec and questionable. They claimed the work was bad enough that they need the city to tell them how much of the shared condo pad and electrical panel have to be replaced.

I expect to spend thousands of dollars fixing and finishing Air Pros' work on top of the thousands of dollars they were already paid.

Please do yourself a BIG favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are dishonest they will push into purchasing expensive, unnecessary new units
After just 1 year and 3 months my outside unit stop working and they try to use same tactics and wanted to sell me a new unit. they misdiagnosed the problem send another tech replaced basically all parts ( Motor capacitor braker, etc.) just to find out that the real problem was a broken line and the AC was with 0 gas. They still charge me labor 800. even thought the system is under warranty.
It took a million calls and six months for the permit to be issued, to say the minimum they are the worst company I have done business with.
Please find another company do not fall with these unprofessional people

I have called Air Pros / Jack Rabbit AC professionals out a couple of times over the last few years to jump start my old AC. I have to say that the times they have been out for repair's they did an excellent job, very efficient, on time, and concerned about cleaning up. This last visit, Walter came out and cleaned the compressor. Walter went above and beyond and took extra hours to make sure the compressor was clean and the system filled with Freon. My old AC is as good as new and really cold. I really appreciate the time and effort from both Walter and Air Pros took to insure my family’s comfort over this very hot summer.
