If you don’t speak Spanish expect subpar customer service. I had my septic tank pumped along with my plumbing line “hydro-jet” cleaned which was done to unclog it. Well the line wasn’t properly cleared and I had to call another plumbing company to come in and actually clear the line. I called On my Way septic and they sent another technician who didn’t speak English only to tell the operator/manager that everything was ok. The operator/manager then calls me back to ask me what is the problem. I couldn’t believe I was spoken to in that way. Honestly proceed with caution or just speak Spanish. This was a photo just a week after my line was “cleared”.
