We needed a section of pipe completely replaced, and not only did they dig under the house , the made sure that the sand was dispersed appropriately.. this is 60 plus years of an abundance of compacted sand!! I called them to give an estimate for lining my old cast iron pipes and i expected them to say it would be a few days before they could come out....hut they were there the next day and were very thorough and they ran a camera through the lines to assure the job was needed. They were very professional and showed up on time throughout the project. Alex and Daniel were the two guys I had the most contact with. During the re-lining process, I had a separate issue with my garbage disposal and Alex told me to purchase one and Daniel would install it. If you are having issues with your cast iron pipes, save time and money by calling American Master Pipe and let them relign your pipes so they are good as new and at a fraction of the cost of replacing the pipes. Any time I had a question or concern, Alex was only a phone call away and I didn't have to go through an answering service. I spoke with him directly. American Master Pipe is 👍
