I had my septic tank repaired. First of all Natacha was such a tremendous help. She answered all my questions since its my first time having a home with a septic tank. She didn’t try to take of advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge on the matter. The crew were punctual and alswyas arrived on time. Even if they were late, they would let me know. The whole process was so smooth. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys.

They took care of my old septic system that apparently hadn’t been emptied in years. They had to make 2 trips as they had to have a specialist saw off the concrete to make way for a new opening and put in a new cover. I’m very satisfied with the work as it appeared to be a seamless operation. I will be using their service in a couple of years in order to provide maintenance.

We had a great experience with On My Way, we had never had the septic tank pumped so we weren’t sure how bad it would be, he had to uncover the lawn that had grown over the cover and he banged it out in no time. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Glad I chose them. My neighbor is having them come to his place next.

I contacted this company for an urgent job but they couldn't schedule anything for over a week. Each time I called, it felt like they were disinterested and unresponsive. Extremely ureliable, I ended up going with another company that was fantastic. Definitely would not recommend.

I hired On My Way Septic to replace my drain field based on their positive Google reviews. That turned out to be a huge mistake.

From the start, they were unreliable and repeatedly failed to show up when promised. After constant back-and-forth just to get them to begin, I came home to workers I could not communicate with, no supervisor on site, and no explanation or walkthrough of the work — unacceptable for an expensive job.

I was instructed to hand cash to a worker I could not communicate with. The supervisor had time to call and ask for payment but not enough time to come out himself. Shortly after, I was wrongly accused of underpaying by $1,000, which caused significant stress until they later admitted it was their own mistake. This company is shady, DO NOT PAY IN CASH.

After they left, I experienced immediate sewage backup, something that never happened before their work. When I contacted them, I was told it wasn’t their fault and was asked to pay extra for them to return. Despite being given specific time windows, they never showed up and never called.

I was forced to hire another plumbing/septic company that same evening and pay a rush fee. That company stated the work was poorly done and should not have been left that way. I also had property damage and severely uneven ground that were never addressed.

Over the next several weeks, calls, texts, and emails were ignored, and promised return visits were canceled or delayed. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. It is apparent they are now ignoring hoping I go away because they know they did bad work and don’t want to fix it. I was so reasonable at first. Tried to come to a resolution and get help, now I have to do it another way…

They went from having a customer who would have recommended them to someone warning others to stay far away. There are far better and more professional septic companies out there. If the owners know about this, then shame on you. If the owners do not, then fix this crew as I don’t believe the $1000 missing was a genuine mistake. The ignored emails, calls, and texts are hurtful and just show these people don’t value their clients… they only value their money.

Very good customer service, everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional. The young man that came and did the job was also very professional and takes his job seriously. He also gave me some good recommendations for the future. I'm glad I went with them again and I will definitely use them in the future. Five stars well deserved. 👍🏽👍🏽

They arrived promptly, but the work was not done professionally. The owner is rude and does not accept complaints. The employees are polite. I do not recommend this company. After they left, the property was left with fecal matter in both units, and they have not returned to resolve the issue. The full amount they requested was paid in full. I do not recommend them. They do not deserve any stars. Be careful with this company.

The eighth wonder of the world is how this business received 4.9 stars! Using them was the worst hiring decision we have ever made and I am in my 60s! Not only did they leave the job unfinished, destroyed the electrical system to the hot tube and the back yard looking like a mogul field, but they will not return phone calls emails or texts. Maybe they will respond to our lawyer. They had also no showed 2 times when we took off work to meet them. I guess "On My Way" does not mean they get there!
Their website says "customer satisfaction guaranteed", "we're not done until you are happy" (that's my favorite lol) "customer satisfaction is our priority", "ensuring quality service every time". Maybe the owner is not aware of this. No foreman every showed on the job and no one spoke English. Maybe this was a side job by rogue employees? They did push for cash payment which is a sign of under the table tax evasive activates. We will find out! In the meantime, don't take the chance that your job will be like ours. Happy to fill you in on more details if you are considering them. We had 2 other professional companies come after and they laughed at the job done.

On My Way Septic Tank Services were AMAZING. I called for a septic cleaning and they came right away. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they do. They came in while I was at work. The communication was consistent and sent me pictures of the work done. I was extremely impressed with their work. They located the tank, opened it up, and installed the point of access. (Green Lid)
