I was not getting cold water from my shower and needed the a cartridge replaced in each shower body .The plumber who serviced the repair was pleasant and competent ,he replaced one cartridge in each shower and result is I now have cold water. He also looked at another shower with low water pressure however at this point nothing could be done ,probably needs a new cartridge as well. Approximately here 2 hours and bill $800

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a faster better service. I called in the morning for our water heater to get checked out, since it was leaking. I got confirmation for service for early afternoon and they sent me a picture of the tech and his name (which is a nice detail). Carl was punctual, professional and managed to install a new water heater all on the same day.
Service was great and cost was fair-Would highly recommend!

Bamboo Plumbing did a great job and we are very pleased. We had an urgent situation and it was already late in the day but Joshua called (the owner) and said they would be there shortly. Joshua himself and his came and solved the problem for us - at a very reasonable rate. Very happy with the service.

Nathan did a good job doing the maintenance to my water heaters. Nothing was ever done to them since they were installed 3 years ago. When he was done, he explained to me what he did in a way I could understand. He even registered the water heaters with the manufacturer. Thank you!

Normally I do not give reviews but I had to make this exception. Honestly, your company is super professional, organized and precise. My family and I were extremely impressed. Nathan was also incredible. Very professional, kind, easy to understand (as a customer, we are sometimes lost with the actual problem, he helped me understand what was wrong) and knowledgeable. We experienced a water main break and contacted a couple plumbers to assess and bid on a fix. Bamboo was not the cheapest option but, in our opinion, provided us with the most comfort. Karl was great from start to finish. My only "complaint" was the use of casual labor; they added little value to the process and did not take the same amount of care as did Karl. Nevertheless, we are pleased with the results and have already hired Bamboo for other plumbing work. Highly recommend.

I called them up for a non emergency shower/ spout installation and Nathan took care of it quickly and with excellent friendly communication. Also I needed a quote for a bigger job and they worked on it right away and got back to be with very reasonable numbers, they’ve definitely earned their good reviews!

I would like to say that this review is going to based on service. I had what seemed like a complex issue and turned out to be not so complex. Just some old scaling pipes. Bamboo had scheduled me timely and sent two guys as the issue seemed to be more complex. Service was great! There was even a discrepancy with billing and they were reasonable enough to clear that up without a hassle. Only con would be their pricing. They were very professional, maybe too professional for this industry. They clearly charge like it.
