Very impressed with this company. Not only did they come in at the best price, I was blown away by their professionalism and customer service. I would like to give special recognition to Nathan.

I had a pipe burst under my vanity sink in the bathroom and Karl came the same day to access the issue. He was excellent in explaining the situation and exploring options for me. We ended up replacing the vanity sink and installed new piping and it was a beautiful change! I did have water pressure issues in the kitchen but Yehoshua came the very next day and helped solve the problem. I gave them a call based on reviews and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal service. They really know their stuff, are super communicative, and showed up at the time they said they would. Even their pricing was very fair. Hard to find a plumber as reliable as them. Thank you guys!

Excellent, excellent service from Karl. He repaired the broken main drain pipe that had been invaded by roots from our tree. This was to repair the damage ID'd by Nathan's camera work done last week. A first class operation. Highly recommended.

I recently called Bamboo Plumbing for a leak in the wall of one of our tenant bathrooms. This was my first time using their company, and I was extremely impressed. They answered the phone right away, quickly dispatched a technician to our property, located the issue immediately, and repaired it on the spot.

We’ll definitely be using them again for our office park.

Karl was fast and professional. He made sure that my tub was working properly. He also patiently answered all my questions.

Called Bamboo, after a different plumber was at my home and couldn't figure out the issue. They sent over one of their professional team members, and he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Got the needed part ordered, and came back the next day and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. I received multiple updates via text, including who the technician coming to my house was with a photo and their names. I was extremely happy with their service, and they were pretty affordable as well. I will definitely use them again in the future... True five stars!!!

We contacted Bamboo based on their Google ratings to help with installing a new refrigerator we purchased from Lowe’s. The delivery team said a plumber was needed because they could not turn off the water on a copper line and that we needed a new line with a valve shut off at the installation.

We called Bamboo, explained the situation clearly, and scheduled a visit. Unfortunately, I was at work when the technician arrived, and my elderly parents, who do not speak much English, were home alone.

The technician told my parents the job would cost $350 to “turn off the water and install the new hose.” To be very clear:
• This was not a new water line
• Not a new shut off valve
• Not a new fitting

We had already purchased the hose at Lowe’s. The work involved simply screwing one end of the hose into the refrigerator and the other into the existing water line. That’s it.

The technician told my parents this was “just what the company charges,” putting them in a position where they didn’t feel they could say no. They paid because they didn’t know better.

If this had involved real plumbing work, the charge would have been understandable. Charging $350 for a task that took minutes and required no materials is unacceptable and feels like blatant exploitation of elderly customers who have limited English proficiency.

This experience was deeply disappointing and unethical. Do better, Bamboo. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this business

Very professional and well run company. Our rental property had some plumbing issues and we needed an evaluation and work estimate. Nathan scheduled appointment immediately, was very professional and explained all the details. I highly recommend Bamboo plumbing and technician Nathan.

Bamboo Plumbing was engaged to replace a leaking shower and tub faucet. While other companies had provided quotes that involved extensive demolition of the tiled wall, Bamboo provided a quote that required minimal invasion and a reasonable cost. The job was performed by two plumbers. Nathan Zigelbom started the job and did a great job neatly cutting the tile for the necessary enlargement of the hole. Karl Huggins completed the installation and did a superb job. He cleaned up the work area nicely and left it in an almost pristine condition. I am very happy with the end result, the new faucet looks great and there was no damage to the tiles. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them again.

I had an emergency broken bathroom pipe. What I appreciated about Bamboo is the from the minute I dialed them, I spoke with a person. She was super helpful. Within hours, Nathan arrived and went directly to work for me. He answered my questions about the job. I was very grateful for his promptness and the job well done. He also called with an ETA while on route. Priced very fairly. I plan to call on him again for some delayed maintenance on my part. Nathan represents Bamboo very well.

We had our homes plumbing cleaned with hydro jetting and descaling, and they did an amazing job. They were friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. Explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was flowing perfectly.
You can tell they really care about their work. Super clean, respectful, and thorough. Five stars all the way — would definitely recommend!
