Quote was not honored and work was sabotaged

I am writing this to warn other homeowners about my experience with Plumbing Unlimited. I was originally quoted $5,000 for plumbing work at my house. However, once the job was completed, they added an additional $2,300 to the final bill without prior authorization or a change order.

I strongly caution anyone against taking the owner, Nick, at his word. If you decide to use them, get absolutely everything in writing, as verbal agreements were not honored in my case.

To make matters worse, after the work was finished, they actually returned to my property and undid the work that had been performed. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for a licensed contractor. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to ensure this is handled formally. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a clog in my bathroom sink. Nathan showed up fast, fixed it in no time, and left the area spotless.
