I called them to come and they were very prompt with that. However I never received a follow up phone call explaining what they found. The appointment was on Dec 12 and I have yet to hear anything.

Came on a Sunday. Before he looked at the job all he wanted was his $125.00. His quote was outrageous. He quoted me $2700.00 and the $125 will not go towards the job. Got the job professionally done for $100.00 Awful customer service.

Leak troopers didn't show up twice. They also didn't install a new toilet right and it kept running after just 5-6 months. When I tried to get them to fix it they gave me a hard time. Also he left the place a mess. muddy shoes/dust and pieces everywhere.

Caleb provided above and beyond service. Thought I had an expensive leak, but he quickly identified that the issue was minor with the leak test and I ended up paying way less than I expected. This is an honest company you can trust!

Ruben and his helper came to my house for 2 blocked toilets. They did a couple of tweaks and the problem what fixed right away. I tried everything before but it only worked when they helped me. They did not charge me because it took just a bit of their time. I appreciate their professionalism and common sense.

While out of state my son informed me that the house was cold and there was a water leak. I was told by a different company that my water talk was shot and was expecting a very expensive replacement upon my return home. So, I called them and told them the situation. Their technician was prompt and my family really liked him a lot., very professional. Fixed my furnace and water issue for a very reasonable price. I will absolutely call them next time.

We had a massive leak in our house and found out our house had polybutylene piping, which was known to fail and which was outlawed many years ago. We needed to replace all the piping in our house. What a nightmare. Ruben Pagan of LeakTroopers came to our house and quickly identified that he could run new piping from the main outside our house up into the attic and then run the piping throughout the whole house through the attic and down to where it was needed with a minimum of cutouts in the sheetrock and a minimum of mess. After he was done, he had a cleaning team come to our house. We had no dust and no mess. Ruben did a great job, did it quickly, and with no fuss, no muss. We are very happy with the job Ruben did and recommend him highly. Ask for Ruben.

Leak troopers rerouted the hot and cold water lines. Very reasonable priced work was done in the most proffesional standard and I even asked them to look at a slight problem and they came back the next day and took care of it. I highly recommend them for any plumming job.

I have a continuous leak in a window which was investigated by the condo’s construction manager, the head of maintenance, AND a plumber I called independently. NO ONE could figure out where it was coming from and the damage continues, so I called Leak Troopers after reading good reviews. When Caleb called to confirm, I recognized the name from having read so many good things, and they were on point!
Caleb was on time, friendly, professional and fast. He found the issue with minimal wall invasion, and even walked with me to the condo’s office for verification to let them know. He knew when and how to speak, to the point where even the maintenance manager gave him his respects.
