Nancy, Howie and all the crews were very professional. I had a lot of plumbing work don. Any future issues were addressed even up to a year later that were due to normal wear without charge. A good job at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work.

The A&I team has been there for me over the years, no job too small, no job too large for them to handle. Response time has always been super fast, even on weekends…the guys are professional, clean, knowledgeable, and courteous. Howie runs a tight ship, they’re always my go-to whatever my needs!

Great experience with this company. As usual in plumbing, it was an emergency, I mean, huge bathroom emergency. We couldn't use the water in the whole property. I called early in the morning, Nancy picked up the call, and she was very emphatic and attentive. She booked me immediately.
And then, 20 minutes before the time, the A&I plumber showed up! His name is Otto. He was extremely polite, professional and quick. He understood the problem immediately,  and fixed it. He also gave me very valuable advices on a few repairs that need to be done.
Can't tell about the pricing, because the bill went to the owner, but I see their vehicles in my building all the time, so I think they can't be expensive, but I don't know for sure.

A ++ for this company. Thanks very much.

A & I Plumbing is an honest, reputable, company doing business in the South Florida area for many years. I trust them completely, and am very happy that Howard is still there handling customer needs and services. Their employees are the best and highly qualified.

Robby and Gary were amazing! We had an issue with a blockage in our floor drain due to the rain at our StretchLab Plantation studio and they were here within the hour and took care of everything. They cleaned up afterwards as well. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Bobby and Richie installed my new toilet. Thank you for these two guys. Installed it in a timely manner but without cutting corners. They patiently answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves and I only had to do minor cleaning, Great experience.

Fast forward to today to another toilet in a different bathroom;
Henry with his bubbly personality came and installed a new toilet. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy with the job. When I had a minor dispute with the office over a price quote, the office accepted my side of the story. Thumbs up.

It's not often that you take the time to go back and write a positive review about a company, especially when the work was performed over two months ago. That's how satisfied I was with A&I. I had an excellent experience with A&I Plumbing. They put me on their schedule, tried to fit me in earlier if they had extra time and did an amazing job. They checked my entire system for potential problems. Scott and Diego recorded all findings and were very professional. I informed them of a problem that another company had told me about and they diligently checked things out. They found that the other company was wrong in their assessment. The other company not only charged me double what A&I charged but they sent me an invoice for work that didn't need to be performed for over $25,000. In essence A&I saved me from making a costly mistake! Expertise and honesty, a great combination!

The owner Howie came out to estimate a leak inside our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable in providing me the information regarding the repair that was needed. The quote was very reasonable. The plumbers he sent over took care of the repair in a timely manner. While there, they had also advised me of a leak in my a/c unit. Even though it was something they could not fix themselves, they contacted their A/C company that they work with and had a different team show up within a couple of hours to address that issue as well. I would definitely recommend A&I .

Robby and associates came to our rescue. In our condo, one of our pipes broke and was leaking profusely into the hall below. We had to turn off our water supply to prevent further leakage. Within a day they were out, assessed the problem, gave me a fair and equitable price. Equipment and supplies we purchased and delivered promptly and the whole job was completed by the next day.
They were all very knowledgeable and efficient. Robby was very good at keeping us informed along the way. So far, we are very pleased with a job well done.

Five Star Service. I called the scheduler this morning at 7:30am, then received a call back at 7:45am from dispatch and Otto arrived at 8:30am!!! Otto is fantastic. We had an emergency leak in the main line for our house that Otto diagnosed, procured parts, repaired and cleaned up by 12:30pm. Same day service! Otto was professional, courteous, experienced and efficient. He walked me through the work and provided frequent updates. I highly recommend A& I Plumbing, an All Year Cooling & Plumbing company. Amazing experience!

I wish there were more plumbers like A&I. They provided me with prompt, courteous service. Their pricing was very fair. The owner Howie was superb to deal with. He handled my issue professionally.
