Robby and Omar did an amazing job installing the water heater. Job was quick, easy, and clean! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Two employees installed new water heater and replaced two shut off valves. They were competent and got the job done within 3 hours. Fair price and professional. Would have given 5 stars if they would have checked the temperature setting on the water heater before leaving. Water was way too hot. When looking at the water heater 2 temperature gauge settings noticed that they were set (factory set I assume) to slightly above 125F. Enough to burn yourself. Had to adjust down to 115F myself.

Also, dealing with them over the phone was a delight. Last but not least they were quick to respond to two service calls.

This is THE plumbing company you want to use! They are honest, reliable, professional and do TOP quality work for reasonable prices. I have no relation to this company. But I have used a lot of plumbers in South Florida and it is almost always a financial disaster or a total aggravation. These people are great and I no longer have to feel like calling a plumber for a small issue will turn magically into a HUGE bill and headache. A&I is the best.
