Worst plubming company that I ever used!!!!
Stay away from them!!!
They do not know what they are doing they sold me a fix to my froblem and charged me $5000 and of course the problem was not fixed I have still the same problem.
When I told them about it they said that they will fix it , for 1 week every day they trying to find the problem when my tenants can't use the shower or bathroom.
Then they told me it will cost me another $1250 to fix it I said ok they start digging and left us like that and left.
They do not answer my phone calls since then, what kind of real company does that?
Do not do any business with them!!!!

Willie worked excellently. He was friendly, professional, patient and creative. We are very appreciative of him and the company.

Initial appointment was book for April 3 my issue didn’t get resolve until April 18th roughly. Which was only due to my persistence after advising them after their three or more visits and attempt that the issue was not corrected. Though the leak has been resolve for now because I have no idea what was done as they attempted to fix the leak it worsened my home in that particular area was flooded for several days. With all of my dissatisfaction there was no urgency in this matter or anything deducted from my invoice due to the inconvenience. The workers were pleasant but this isn’t a company I would recommend. Photos are provided and quite frankly I was better off leaving my home the way it was and found someone else to rectify the issue. Thank you.

They came out to detect a leak in the water line and they were unable to fix the problem after a week of digging up our lawn replacing all our pipes the leak is worse and all the new pipes are leaking. They made the problem worse and now we had to hire another company to fix all the problems they made. We had a week of hell I would not use them.

Plumbing Unlimited is a quick reliable trustworthy company. No scams, and they were straight up front with me. Friendly staff. And to be a plumbing company they do very clean work. No mess. I recommend Plumbing Unlimited too all South Florida homes and business.

Recommend to anyone any time of the day! The guys were on time, polite, professional and really outperformed. I had a clog in a laundry drain that sat there for God knows how many years (recently purchased a fixer upper home). They struggles with the clog for good 40 minutes before finally removing it. They did not upsell or made any attempts to lure into something we did not need (I had 4 other contractors stop by for the quote who did try to sell me nonsense). Their pricing is very reasonable and the entire team is very professional and reliable! Again, recommend A+++ service!

We had a project that needed immediate attention... called Plumbing Unlimited LLC... they got to the problem very quickly, they gave me a great price, they did great work in an efficient and timely manner & I was very satisfied at the end of the project. Sloppy work. Crew didn’t show up for 2 days; job that was supposed to be done in 3 to 5 days is finally completed after 6 weeks; left us for 1-1/2 days without water when we were told the water would be off for 3 hours (mismanagement of their time).

The owner and staff are knowledgeable and skillfull and professional. They get the job done as quickly as they can. I am satisfied and highly reccomend for plumbing or locating and servicing the septic tank. I have 4 septic tanks, water heater replaced and toilet issues, work completed in 2 days. The first call was a distressed call after hours, back up sewer. The owner and manager came and located the sewer which was full, and unclogged the drainage pipe. God's church land is well over 80 years. Owner used a camera thru pipeline to locate the septic tank. Took 4 hours into the evening to complete this part of the job. Then I had 3 more septic tanks the next day. Awesome company for septic tanks and plumbing services.

Within 2 hours of being dispatched by Home Serve, Plumbing Unlimited showed up at our house - on a Saturday evening! Emanuel, our technician, was professional, extremely thorough, & friendly. Hopefully, with the adjustments Emanuel made to our water heater (& his helpful suggestions for the future), we have extended the life of our water heater and prevented disastrous flooding in our garage. Nick the Plumber and his team are incredible! They went above and beyond by showing up on
Christmas Eve to get the job done. Their professionalism, punctuality, and top-notch work were impressive. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

They sent Major to my house and he took his sweet time simply hooking up a gas stove and dryer, they deliberately take their time so you can expect a huge bill! My stove is nowhere close to being leveled! I called and asked them to come back and correct the installation, the girl that works in the office told me she would get back to me, it’s been over 2 weeks and still no call!! I recommend you look elsewhere.

From start to finish their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!

Been trying to get my water heater fixed for several weeks now. They have no- showed twice now with no explanation. UPDATE: They finally came out, left my garage a wet mess, and now the pilot flame won’t ignite!!!

. They attempted to over charge me for a simple clogged drain. A few days after they ‘fixed it’ - it’s clogged again - they wanted more $ to come fixing it.
They boss Nick eventually said they’ll come in the afternoon - he never came and I I had to call someone else to fix it.
HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Very disappointed. They worked in my bathroom and left it so dirty. They damaged my rug and the issue wasn’t even fixed. I contacted Nick the owner but he was very rude and just hung up on me.
I’ll never use them again. !

I wish I could have given them a better review. I waited to write this, so I wouldn’t write it angry, but level headed.

This company was recommended to me because we were unable to locate my septic tank. I called them, they said no problem, we have a camera, we go through the vent stack, and can locate it.

They came, they found it on the camera, they put a giant X where it was. Charged me $350 and left. I thought how easy and convenient!

When the septic pump company came for the pump, they couldn’t find the tank. They said it’s not where they marked it.

I called plumbing unlimited back, and they assured me a million times that it was. It was just extraordinarily deep….

I asked what I was supposed to do? They recommended an excavation company, to come with a bobcat to dig it up for another $350.

I said, well what guarantee do I have that it’s where you marked it? Already I’ve been told it’s not there.

Lady at the front desk told me, don’t worry!! Tomorrow morning, we will arrange for the camera guy AND the excavator TO BE THERE at THE SAME TIME, that way FOR SURE they will find it.

I felt pretty comfortable with this, knowing between them they would figure it out without having to rip up my entire side yard.

Next morning, 8am sharp the excavator is there. But camera man is not. I call the office, lady tells me he will be there soon. I said ok. 15 min go by, I call again, asking where the camera man is? She’s says “actually, we reviewed the footage and he doesn’t have to go! The tank is exactly where he marked it last time!”

I told her that’s not at all what we had arranged. I needed to know for an absolute fact that hole we were about to dig was correct location.

My conversation with her went like this:
Me- “but what if it’s not where you marked it?”
Her- “it is!”
Me- “but what if it’s not???!!!!”
Her- “IT IS!!”
Me- “if it’s not there, I’m going to loose it! You were supposed to come with the camera man to be absolutely sure!!!!!”
Her- “100% it is exactly there.”

Guess what my friends????????? We dug a 10ft deep hole, and IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE. WE HAD TO DIG A 12FT BY 12FT SQUARE and finallllllllllly found jt. It was about 5FT FROM THE LOCATION THAT WAS MARKED.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I called back and told her, she said to email the pictures, I did…….. never heard a peep from them. The least they could have done was either pay the excavator or refund the money since they didn’t do what they were supposed to. And I would love to send them the bill for all the sod I had to buy to fill that massive gap in the yard.

THIS JOB SHOULD HAVE BEEN $350, AND IT COST ME $1200!!!!!

SHAME ON THEM. ESPECIALLY HOPING IT WOULD JUST GO AWAY. DESPICABLE COMANY.

The owner Nicholas Johnson and assistant of plumbing unlimited answered a call to help me with my plumbling emergency in a very professional manner and extremely timely. They did a wonderful job getting my facility back in great working order. Thank you so very much Mr. Johnson for your help, I truly appreciate it.
