These people were supposed to come and hydroblast the whole line in the vertical line of the condo they lied right to my face and said they were doing that at the same time that they were snaking the line they never did the hydroblast. The person in charged lied to my face and said that they would do the hydroblasting after they cleared the line but when they left i asked another person if they were going to do the hydroblasting now that they finished snaking and he told me that they were doing it as they were snaking so someone lied to me.

Nic and his team are very professional...we called him for one of our properties and job was done within hours of that call. Plumbing Unlimited LLC comes highly recommended.

Started with one job, now it has evolved to 4 jobs that Nick and his crew, with his amazing secretary Alandra, have successfully fixed septic tank / drain field issues. This company has restored faith in knowing that there still exist integrity in business relations….

I called Nick and he came out within four hours and fixed my water leak. Also prepared a nice quote for the insurance company to re-pipe everything. Very please highly recommended

To say that I've been more than annoyed that after 3 years I still don't have a closed permit. The work was subpar. The concrete they broke to do the plumbing looks like it was replaced by guys who never saw cement before. They keep calling for last payment. I had to tools stolen out of my garage. All in all just a bad experience.

Updated review. From the first experience. I had nicks team come out a second and re check a toilet that they had just fixed the week before that wasn’t flushing. They were unsuccessful as to figuring out why it had happened again and was told I had to contact my building manger since they couldn’t do anything to fix it. It was must something with the buildings water pressure. Ok great thanks for trying to help them to my surprise I was billed a service fee even though they were probably there a total of 20 minutes and the problem wasn’t resolved . How as a company do you bill your customers when the problem wasn’t solved ? Since I refused to pay the $150 fee Because again my issue wasn’t resolved from them “fixing” the problem a week prior I now have them threatening to contact a lawyer and sue me Because of the unpaid bill and they raised it to $175! So much for a family owned business.

Great Company. Arrived early so I didn't have to wait around. Had my drain pipes cleaned. They were very professional and took time to answer all my questions patiently. Pricing was the best. I would defiantly recommend and will use them for any future issues.

We had a very difficult time locating our septic tank and Nick and his crew worked diligently to locate it. They were patient and methodical and informative and did not leave until we had pinpointed the cleanout. They also worked well with the septic tank folks too. Thank you!

I was looking for parts for diverter stems for my home. I was told the parts were discontinued so hard to find. Gilbert of Plumbing Unlimited LLC was extremely instrumental and helping me find the trim necessary for system. He gave me various pieces to try, when none fit, he then called around for days phoning other supply houses who might would have what l needed. I felt desperate as the bathroom could not be used for bathing. It is great to know that there are people who we can go to and trust to help us get the work done that we need to make our homes comfortable and function as we wish them to be. Great job Gilbert bravo.

Worker who came to do the job was very rude in how he spoke to me. I made an effort to be respectful throughout, and Iexpected the same in return. I'm disappointed with how the interaction went.

Nick and his team are great! Specifically Alex! I’ll always ask for him when I need a job done at my home! Alex is very knowledgeable professional and friendly! I appreciated all of his tips! I Had major issues after buying my home and they helped me clear my drains - hydrojet and pipe descaling and showed me the before and after with a camera inspection as well. They stayed and worked hours to help me fix that problem vs the alternative of digging up brand new floors!!!! Hoping I never have issues again, haha but if I do I’d call Nick to send Alex and his team over!
