My ice maker in the freezer was having trouble making and forming ice cubes. Within 3 days, Ark came out and diagnosed the issue. 2 days later, they had the part, installed it, and the ice maker is working good as new! The men were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Ark appliances services was fantastic from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer, and fixed it the same day. Professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Rubisney and his assistant did a wonderful job of discovering why the circuit board control panel of our induction stove had so many problems.
The tiny German cock roaches had invaded the space. After cleaning the circuit board they were able to solve the programing issues.
They were also able to show us why our ice maker had frozen up with ice that had melted. We need to dispense ice daily and empty the tray and flip up the bar when we go away for even a couple of days.
The were very friendly and cleaned up.
And at a very reasonable price.
I strongly recommend them.
Rubisney owns the company and has a few assistants who all speak Spanish.

Rubisney told me what my dryer needed and the full price before he did the job. My dryer was making loud screeching sounds. He also cleaned my dryer vent, added price. It hadn't been done in over 10 years. The price was reasonable and he let me know if I was about to hear some unusual noises from what he was doing. Kevin was his assistant and was great also. I am very please with the results.
