Tommy fix my fridge, quick, and efficient. Very friendly

Tried him out to fix the heat element in my oven. Showed up the second day with the wrong part. The third came promptly to the appointment window, installed the part. Then left without making sure the part worked. Now I'm out almost 400 bucks and a oven that doesn't heat past 200 degrees. Thanks for assuring that I should have trusted my gut and used whirlpool directly

Very Good service from Mr Tommy. Told me what was wrong with my dryer. Fixed it in 30min. Was honest. Didn't do all that other over talking and was Very Professional. Pleased with his services. A working dryer helps keep me happy and our home running. Thank you

This guy was easy to work with, I had detail questions and he was patient with me, I know It seems I can be a complainer , but they wasnt phased by my questioning. They did great job as well

Tom was awesome! The response time was next day, the part then needed to be ordered and was completed 2 days later. He was honest about what the issue was and he kept me informed the whole time. Very professional and polite.

My dryer repair required a part to be ordered, Tommie kept me informed every step of the way until the job was complete (including texts advising when he was on his way and estimated arrival timing).

I had a terrible experience with this appliance repairman. He charged me $250 to replace the belt on my dryer but only informed me after I paid him that the dryer also needed an additional $250 repair for the bearings. Had I known about the full extent of the repairs beforehand, I would have chosen to replace the dryer instead of investing $500 into fixing it.

Now, I’m out $250 for a dryer that still doesn’t work, and I feel completely misled. Communication was poor, and the lack of transparency has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid this repairman if you value clear and honest service.

Very Honest, and to the point. You weren't feeling rushed, and yet he wasn't lingering around either. My machine wasn't kicking out water and by the time he got here, was working, and yet he tested it to make sure was running okay.

I recently had Crystal Clean Appliance Repair out to fix my fridge, and I’m really glad I did. I called and spoke with a real person, that was friendly, answered all my questions, and got me booked for a same-day diagnosis.

Tommy showed up right on time, figured out what was wrong with the refrigerator on the spot, and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I paid half up front, they ordered the parts, and scheduled the installation for 2 days later, as parts had to be overnighted.

When they came back, Tommy got right to work, finished the job quickly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. They also offer a six-month warranty on the repair, which gave me extra peace of mind.

Overall, these guys were professional, straightforward, and dependable. I’m happy to give them five stars and will definitely call them again if anything else breaks.

This business was contracted out by my home warranty company American Home Shield. American Home Shield dispatched Kaseys Appliance Repair out who is Adept Appliance Service to repair my refrigerator. Tech came out said parts needed to be ordered. I was advised on 11/5/22 that my parts would be in and was given an appointment date of 11/11/22 from 8a-12p. Kaseys/Adept was a no show. No call, No nothing! I have contacted Kaseys/Adept daily leaving voicemails, even sent an email. No return call & no response to my email. I have small kids who I can’t grocery shop for and not to mention the Thanksgiving Holiday is approaching and I have no refrigerator. I’ve been in consistent contact with AHS who continues to contact Kaseys/Adept as well with no response. This has been am horrible customer experience all around with Kaseys/Adept and American Home Shield. I just want my refrigerator fixed. I don’t understand how a company can lack professionalism and not provide a better customer experience.
