#1 issue is they demand prepayment before scheduling a fix for a few days later. Big red flag. Get paid after you finish a job.
This is the reason I didn't use them, despite everything else that happened, which was a bunch of unprofessionalism and thievery.

Tommie decided not to bother clamping the pipe or properly draining the washer, so there was a river of water coming from the back of the driveway to the front, leaving everything wet.
He saw me frantically removing soaked boxes and other items off the ground and didn't even acknowledge the mess or help clean it up at any point in time.

I still agreed to get the washer fixed which he told me he could come back a couple of days later, to which I agreed. But he wanted payment for the full job right now. And then started talking about potentially rescheduling the appointment before we even scheduled it?

I told him that's not an option, so he wanted his $95 visit fee. I told him he can bill me and I'll bill him for whatever water damage he caused to my items when I go through them. I guess I should have had a video of the visit because this man stood there in a stream of water, in my very wet garage, telling me he didn't make a mess and he vacuumed the water up. I was dumbfounded.

Of course, this wasn't going to end well for either of us at this point, but after I went inside, he actually stole my direct driver water pump and drove off through my lawn. Not sure if anything else is missing at this point...

EDIT: Coincidentally, a few new 5 star reviews popped up an hour after mine... i wonder what's going on?

We have had our dishwasher repaired. You can make an appt by phone or online. Nice online service. They responded quickly to our request. Very professional and courteous. Dishware is working great. I will definitely use them for other appliance repair.

Remember I Told Yall about the Repair Company that charged me $260 to use a hand held steamer to defrost my refrigerator? Well guess what, my refrigerator STILL leaking and now he's mad that I left an honest review of my interactions with him. There was a reason it was leaking an he did NOT change any lines or use any parts to "repair" it.
If you are a Female... avoid This company at all costs.

I needed an urgent repair, he worked me in and came out and tested my appliance and I was up and running in no time. He explained what had happened and how to prevent it in the future.

this company is prompt. I had to meet them on my lunch break, and they couldn't be late because I had get back to work, they were there before I was , and he completed the job fast. I was able to get this done on a lunch break where I couldn't afford to miss work
