Constraction reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

I am always nervous when I hire a contractor to work on my property - Brian is fabulous! He drove out to give an estimate, and put up with me waffling back and forth on exactly what I wanted done on our 10 acre plot. He reached out to confirm our chosen date a few days prior, showed up on time, and worked hard all day long. He is very pleasant to work with and is an extremely skilled yet humble operator. I am very thankful for a job well done!

Dug up 3 hug crêpe myrtle

I contacted a few companies advertising land clearing. Southeast Forest and Land Management wasn’t the first company I contacted, but they were the first to respond. I had several text conversations with them and had an appointment scheduled for 7 AM the next morning before I heard back from any of the other companies. They showed up on time, we agreed on the price and the scope of the work, and they were mulching by 7:30. They did an excellent job, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Highly recommend them for your project.

Brian is a very profesional and expert guy doing his job. He has not only has the tools and machines needed, but also the knowledge to do the job. Let puting in simple words:
Honesty, puntuality, fair price.
Highly recommended!!!

Want to thank Brian for helping bring a dream to reality for me. He cleared 1.25 acre full of pines and and palmettos in Palatka, from the pics you see the excellent job done. He also cleaned up part of a freshwater channel running at the back of the property. He is fair and keeps you well informed on your projects. He also did some forestry mulching in Jax for my home. That also looks fantastic. It changed the entire look to the property. Make him the first and only call, I know I will.

Brian A.(of Jax and Palatka)

Southeast Forest and Land Management did an amazing job. Brian was prompt in timing from the original quote, coming out to view the property and the day of work, he showed up and went above and beyond the services done from tree removal and clearing out the back portion of my overgrown property. I am grateful and very pleased with the outcome of services. I will be contacting this company again in the future for more work on another property for sure!

I can’t speak for the actual business but the owner is amazing! I was recently there for the GA/FL football game and parked in her lot. I was having a very stressful day and she showed me a lot of kindness and was very willing to help me in a time of need. If she treats her business this way then I know it’s amazing! Thank you so much!

David and Renee I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful remodeling job performed by you two. You guys have required skills, experience and excellent attention to detail. Also the work was completed in a timely manner with a minimum of disruptions and mess. Thanks for a great job! I will indeed recommend you to all my friends.”

These guys were great. From our initial phone call to completion was seamless. I sent a picture and explained what our goal was. Day of service arrived with all materials precut, labeled and ready for installation. Several other companies quoted me higher price and longer time frame. They showed up and showed out. Great job guys!!!
