Constraction reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

These guys were great. From our initial phone call to completion was seamless. I sent a picture and explained what our goal was. Day of service arrived with all materials precut, labeled and ready for installation. Several other companies quoted me higher price and longer time frame. They showed up and showed out. Great job guys!!!

Dave was very efficient and always on time. When I needed any changes he was so helpful with his opinions and patient with my back and forth decisions. I would definitely recommend him for any build!

Dave, the Neighborly Handyman delivers quality work at an affordable price. I was also very pleased with his flexible scheduling and his quick response to calls and emails. That is why I am making Dave The Neighborly Handyman my go to handyman for all of my home repair needs.

Dave did a fantastic job. He repaired the soffits and trim on the front of the house. He paid great attention to detail. It was seamless and it flowed perfectly. He used quality products and the job when completed was amazing. His pricing was very reasonable for the project. His workmanship was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s definitely 5 star.

Dave helped fix a fence, repair under my sink after a leak, and got some painting done. Very efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Would recommend. Thanks!

David is THE man. He knows what he's doing and he's got the tools to make it happen. Honest, fair, and talented. I had them do siding repair and trim work on my historical home in Avondale and I am totally pleased and will call them again when I need something.

Dave and Justin were amazing!! Did really good work on our family home. Reasonable pricing and professional. I am impressed! Especially when it’s hard to get good service these days! I would definitely recommend The Neighborly Handyman company to anyone. I found my new handyman company from here on out!

Dave with Neighborly Handyman did an outstanding job on a small 3 stair ramp inside my house.

Fantastic job on the patio and exterior trim. House looks so much better! Their custom wood work is top notch and rain gutter work looks clean and seamless. Highly recommended, especially if you're in historic Riverside, Murray Hill or San Marco area and love the beautiful old homes of these areas and wish to preserve their character! Worth every penny and they see to it that satisfaction is achieved! 5 stars!!!

Handyman Dave and his colleague did an amazing job on the back steps I've been trying to do myself. Very happy I was able to find Dave. I would recommend him for any job. Yes I'll be telling my neighbors about this great experience.

paid for water faucet to be installed, Dave tapped into a drain line, which provided no water at all. all texts and calls asking for him to return and install correctly were ignored. I PAID HIM FOR A WATER FAUCTE AND GOT NOTHING--RIP OFF!! BEWARE!
