Do not use this company for your pool cleaning. We had them on a biweekly rotation and last year they just stopped coming and told us it was staffing issues. We have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. Avoid!!!

Very poor service. They sent someone out to service my spa and didn't have the necessary chemicals.
Very poor job cleaning and maintaining the spa. I canceled service and they billed me for services not preformed.
Would never use them again.

It has been a slow start until we clarified the expectations and Economy Pools has been performing great since that. I am satisfied with the current service.
Keep up the good work!!

They do not show up or respond. Tell you someone will there the next day when calling to find out why no one has shown up!! And next comes no one is here

WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT USE! They are LAZY LIARS. PERIOD! They lye on the service tickets saying they cleaned and brush and added chemicals as needed...3 days later algae growth... I watched the guy come in check the filter and then leave, starting calling the office no answer, left messages, no return calls.

Unfortunately, they don't follow up on their promises and make excuses when service isn't performed. I really wanted them to outperform their poor ratings. I suggest you find another company if you want quality, trouble free pool service.

Joe takes very good care of my pool. He let's us know what's going on with with the chemicals what we should be looking out for and he makes recommendations when he notices problems couldn't ask for a better pool company.

I'd rate 0 if I could they don't deserve a star. It's been 3 weeks since anybody has come to service the pool it's nice a green, can't even use it but when you try and call their office nobody answers the phone. I have been trying to get in contact with them but you can't get ahold of anybody. Honestly Im really shocked this place is in business. The worst company in Jacksonville

This is the worst pool cleaning service …Beware … I used them for three months , first for just chemical treatment due to weather after two months of treatment water was still green pool was filthy . I called to cancel service I was told that they was sorry, no real answer to WHY??…. I was promised if I didn’t cancel I would be given a discounted monthly full service and first pool cleaning free …. None of that took place and because I had auto-pay they took the next months pay without rendering service… I call them they said sorry but no refunds…… please be very careful with this service……..please no auto pay

Had them for a couple years, they have a high turn over rate and would not come out for multiple consecutive weeks. They still charge full price unless you call them and dispute. We fired them 4 weeks ago and a guy came this week but my wife stopped him when he got out of his truck and they charged the card on file. Now contacting our bank for a cease and desist for any future attempts to charge us. Also watch the charges as they will add additional charges randomly without notice.

Econo pools has been a great company for my pool. Their prices are ideal and they have met all our pool needs. I have stopped doing it myself as their prices and experience have kept my pool crystal blue all summer long. Glad to have them.

Extremely poor quality of service. After the hurricane out family hire them to clean our pool. Their estimate was $300, then half way they request to increase the price, and then when we refuse saying that the estimate was done in first, they just ditch the work. I just grab a net and went around the pool and in about 2 hours I got a half a large trash bag full of leaves and other debris. I have done more work than they did in just 2 hours. If I can give it a zero star I would. I don’t recommend this to anyone, unless you wants to waste your money. You are better off just straight up buying the tools and cleaning it yourself.

We had Economy pool for a year and there is no telling how many times our pool went green. After we cancelled services they were supposed to come clean the pool for another month. Therefore, they never showed up! Very unprofessional and did not care after we canceled the services even though we paid for a whole month. We do not recommend this company for your pool service.

We did business with this pool company and was quite disappointed. Our filter was never cleaned. Another pool company came out and checked the filter because of water bubbles in our pool and the filter was disgusting. The tile on our pool has been left dirty and our pool itself has had leaves in it right after the pool guy left. We had a pump replaced by them and then other things started going wrong. We had to have a new salt system put in. After the manager came out and replaced it he insured us that everything was now working including our timer. I had to request another visit back because the dial on the salt filter was leaking. He stated that one of their technicians probably dropped it and it cracked. Whoever dropped it never informed me that it was cracked or that it had been dropped. After this was fixed we were told that we need a new timer and it would cost $200. This happened right after installing a $1600 water system. We feel like we are being nickeled and dimed by this company.

Worst Company I have ever! Pool was at its worst when they where the ones servicing it! Constantly Changing techs! Last one I had was a nice guy, but didn't really know anything about swimming pools! I had to teach him on how to back wash, clean my salt cell, and the difference on salt water and chlorine pools. Well he didn't know that my filter was a DE filter, so when I did the backwash I had to go and buy DE powder since he didn't have some in the truck! I tried cancelling a lot of times, but always promised me that they would make it up! I spoke with a guy by the name as Mike. On the last call we had before cancelling he told me that I was going to have that month and next month free! well service just got worst, so I called to cancel again. He told that July wasn't going to be charge since I've been having so much trouble! I even submitted pictures! Well now they sent me to collections after Mike had to me that they would take care of it! HE WONT EVEN TALK TO ME! Be careful with them people! New pool guy that I have has done an excellent job! It took a lot of chemicals to take the that black algae away! Good luck peeps!

I would not recommend this company. They installed a pool heater and everything went to shambles. Pool pump had exploded due to pressure issue which the installer noticed and said "should be ok". The manager, plumber or the regional manager would not returns calls or texts (even if i called multiple times, left multiple voice-mails, and sent multiple text messages) to fix the same reoccurring issue. Unless you have endless time and enjoy chasing adults and ensuring they complete the job correctly and communicate well, would not recommend this company

Do not use this company for pool service, we had hired economy to service our pool on a weekly basis. They told us that they would service our pool every Friday, towards middle of summer 2021 they started skippign weeks due to "staffing issues" the last straw for us was when they would send us reports that the pool service had been completed when no one would show up. Tried calling to get the issue resolved to have no one pick up or return my call. Save yourself the time and use one of the other companies in Jacksonville to service your pool.

I went to bi-weekly service, and they didn't put enough chemicals in my pool. Guy comes and put chemicals in the pool to clear it up. It has been 4 days no improvement. I was told I was on weekly vacuuming and then my contract doesn't include vacuuming. And they also said they don't do vacuuming. What pool company doesn't vacuuming. He didn't even leave a note saying what he put in the pool. I would never use this company again. They are a rip off. I gave them 1 star but that is being nice.

They bought the pool company we had a new contract with for weekly services. They would not come weekly nor would they honor the total number of services we should have received under the annual contract. They will not respond to calls or emails and just stopped showing up. We are incredibly disappointed with economy polls and are not sure why they would buy a local pool service just to ignore the clients.

I am in Port Charlotte Florida not Jacksonville and I will keep you posted I've asked them for a refund etc I will keep you posted I promise!

My pool is GREEN more since we’ve contracted economy pools, compared to when I first bought the house and was just YouTubing to learn maintenance. MY POOL HAS BEEN GREEN FOR A MONTH AND THEY COME OUT “weekly”. It hasn’t even rained for them to use that as an excuse again. Literally haven’t been able to use MY POOL for a month. THE PICTURE INCLUDED IS THE BEST ITS BEEN LOOKING SINCE IT WAS LOOKING LIKE A SWAMP.
Looking for new service. Poor communication, poor work, poor quality. Pay a little more for better service elsewhere.
