As a property manager for many years I have to say that I was very please with Puroclean Emergency Services and Israel. There was a flood caused by an unlicensed HVAC mechanic one story above the unit that I manage. It caused water damage to the unit that I manage. Israel showed up quickly and got right to work. He was able to put my mind and the tenants mind at ease quickly. Israel and Puroclean Emergency Services did a fantastic job for us and did it for a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Puroclean Emergency Services and Israel if you ever have a need for fire or water remediation.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and took care of everything when our dishwasher caused a leak that damaged floors, cabinets & more. The team led by Lisa made sure our furniture was moved out and stored carefully and returned the same way. Special thanks to Israel who was the first one here and the last to leave! He made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Thanks to Kevin for handling the water emergency and arranging for everything else that needed to be done. Great team, excellent results

I had two soft spots in my vinyl flooring by my sink and my dishwasher. Everyone told me it was water damage.. so I lifted up my vinyl flooring and found these spots that looked to be mold to me so I called out Puro Clean to come, give me an estimate on the damage. To my surprise, they said it was not mold., and that it was quickset leveling concrete .
They could’ve taken advantage of me and charged me a bunch of money, but they were very honest. Chance Duffer was the person who came to my home he was punctual ,very personable, and informative. I highly recommend this company. They won’t take advantage of you..

I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the services that Ginger and her company Provided after an accident in my home. They were prompt, Thorough and made the area look brand new. I would Certainly use them again and I recommend to anyone who needs a cleanup service that delivers what they promise.

This week we had remediation work done by Serv-Pro for a kitchen leak. Chris Ryan and his team were fantastic. From the prep work, cleaning and sealing the area, to take down and clearing of the equipment. Communication was always on point, each member of their team was prompt, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure working with them during this most stressful time.

The owner on Cassat and Lennox behind Whataburger and next to Krispy Kreme is the worst human being and lacks basic human decency. Do not support this business. Take your dollars elsewhere.

Servpro was extremely professional in their water restoration services. We also had Servpro construction do our home remodeling. They transformed our home to its original state. Their workmanship was excellent. Our new floors and rugs as well as the painting of our walls exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend Jason Seabrook and Tony Whitehead if you need remodeling services.

Chandler St Peter came out to assess our needs for property protection on a big project in the plantation with a very tight schedule and did everything. He said he was going to do and then some. The crew that he had do the work took special care of everything that was in their job scope as well as helped out with other aspects without being asked. As a general contractor, I will definitely Continue using this company and asking that Chandler being in charge.

We reside in NC and were dealing with an unexpected situation with our rental property in FL that required immediate attention. Our first contact was with Samantha who provided excellent assistance and prompt service scheduling an appointment for the following morning. Even as we were traveling to Florida, she kept us informed on the status of the team scheduled to service our property. The team leader, Ryan, called us upon his arrival to the property and provided an initial assessment prior to starting the job At the end of the service he called to give us an update. When Ryan informed us he could not complete the service until a repair was done, Samantha coordinated a return visit which ensured the job was complete immediately after the repairs were done. The team also completed an unexpected task and were very responsive to our request. The team was prompt, efficient, and professional.The service provided by Samantha and Ryans team was exemplary and deserves more than 5 stars. We would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance / service and will definitely use them for any future services we may need.
