Colby and Don came and did an inspection for water mitigation issues that we had for some possible flood issues that we had. Both answered all of my questions and put us (and our pup Oliver) at ease during the inspection.

Mike and Chris have done a great job with our lighting project. We wanted lighting on the upper and lower kitchen cabinets , as well as above our built-in cabinets in living room. They then took on the job of color changing lights on our cabana outside. Everything turned out amazing.

Edgar came to my house and replaced some wood work after we had some water damage. He was very precise and detailed. Explained everything. He was very professional. I would recommend Edgar to everyone.

My air ducts and vents desperately needed cleaning and mold treatment. Chris did a fair and honest I inspection and gave a fair and inclusive estimate. Clifton and Fabian did a great and thorough job getting everything clean and treating and cleaning the ceiling and drywall. They also thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent. They vacuumed and swept up any mess and left my house as clean as when they arrived.

Keith and his crew were amazing. First a hurricane, then I discovered that the tenants were hoarders, flood damage, mold due to the tenants being crazy not letting me in the house to fix it for days and then Keith came along. He went above and beyond taking pictures when tenants wouldn't let me come inside, letting me know what was going on and how bad it was, and then doing a fantastic job getting it cleaned up. Thank you!

The BioHazard Team did the most amazing job. They took care of all clean up, smell, ozone, fragrance. I never would have guessed what the situation was. I do not normally post reviews due to my tedious work schedule; however after reading this I am APPAULED, I had to respond!!!! I have been doing business with Puroclean and Wayne Terry for approximately 5 years. ALL of my clients referred to them have been nothing but satisfied. I can give you 15-20 client jobs that we have referred over the last year (Im certain that they would agree if asked) showing proof that their reputation supercedes that of most emergency restoration companies in the entire state! Puroclean has a few franchises in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas, this one is by far the best; service and customer service wise. On a personal level I had a very large claim in my own home in 2011. Being that I did business with Wayne in the past for customers, I felt comfortable calling him to do the job at my home. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal company. I am a mother of 4 children and during this time, 3 of them were home during the summer. Being that I have girls, my concern for contractors being there while they were home alone was very high. Knowing this, Mr. Terry allowed his project manager stay at my home during the time the contractors were there doing work. Being that I knew his technicians and have done business with them, this lifted a huge level of stress during an already stressfull situation. To me this just goes to show you what kind of person he is and that he truly cares about his customers! Please ***DISREGARD*** the above review and ask the company personally to see the hundreds of wonderful reviews they have! Google is always a good place to search but not for EVERYTHING! Sometimes you have to actually go to elsewhere to find truth!

Puroclean was prompt in getting out to help us with our burst pipe. Mason Triplett was the hero in finding out how to get the water to stop running and rallying his team to start the water extraction right away. They came back over the weekend to check on things and kept in constant contact. I work as an insurance agent and couldn't be happier recommending Puroclean. If they treated me this way I am happy to know they will treat my insureds the same way. Great job and thank you!
