Not an honest company. Will blame customers for employees mistakes. Turn your pool from green to dark green in a matter of 2 weeks, then charge you extra because its green. They lie to customers and employees, and over all not a reputable company. Do not hire them.

PG Economy Pool came to my house the beginning of April they turned my pool green and a matter of the day turned off my pump did not turn it back on broke my water filter. Housing unit also did not get any service from them for eight weeks I had to clean the pool myself their salt generator that they provided broke. They would not take any responsibility for that salt generator that they provided and we’re supposed to maintain. It got clogged up. They would not clean it their services horrible. They do not brush the pool they do not empty the skimmers they do not check your filters. They barely do anything according to what they say they do but they do generator report that says they’ve done what they’ve done. I’ve watched these people many times and many times they don’t do correct work. They’re not even done making sure your chemicals are at right pH or chlorine levels Alkaline levels. These people give you nothing but CHris regional manager is horrible. He tells somebody will be out the next day nobody comes out nobody shows up calling him back. He pretends like he never talk to you the guys ridiculous this guy is a regional manager of Fiji Economy Pool they lost all their people all their help is left them. They have nobody with experience nor do they have the capability of training anybody to clean your pool Take note run run run away from this company. It is horrible.

Contracted this company to clean my pool on a weekly basis. They rarely show up and when they do they stay about 10 minutes. They do not vacuum and scrub tile as paid to do. My pool is so gross I am looking for a new service. Do not use these people. They have no problem taking your money and not doing the work.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Avoid this company at all costs- they have a high turnover in workers and barely come out to service, but love to take your money and then some in damages to your equipment and yard quality. In the past 2 months our pool guy has been out 2 times and this is what our pool looks like now. This past week he finally put in chemicals to kill the algae, however, he failed to properly close the pool pump which has caused the seal to burn up from not circulating properly and water to leak all over my yard. He must’ve been in a hurry because he clearly doesn’t care about our pool quality. Now we are switching our pool service company and are stuck with the cost of either replacing the seal or are looking at potentially replacing the pump. About a year ago we had the same issue twice with a different worker and the leaking water caused our grass/ sod to die (you can see it in the picture). Fiji pools does not know what they’re doing and has caused me so much money in damages. The worst part is their main office is down south, so we can’t even get a hold of anyone here locally in Jax.

We had a great  experience with Heather and her team! It’s honestly hard to find good help sometimes, so I wanted to share our experience in case anyone ever needs gutter work.

We had all of our gutters replaced along with guards, and they worked incredibly hard while paying attention to both the big things and the small details. Even though we already had gutter guards and regularly had everything blown off, our old gutters were still in rough shape and affecting water flow more than we realized.

It’s hard to know how much or how little to do with projects like this, but Heather was never pushy. She gave options and factual suggestions, which really helped. Overall, just calm, good people who clearly care about doing quality work.

They came highly recommended to us by another contractor we trust, and I’m very glad we used them. 🙂Thank you Heather and Neal.

Contacted Neal and his wife about some gutters a week ago, the very next day they came and measured everything. Had it not been for the Hurricane it would’ve been a 3 day process. Day after the hurricane they were out installing the gutters and goodness does it look good. They suggested Black gutters and I’m so glad they did. They are Super affordable and looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend 904 gutterz to anyone in the market!

904 Gutterz provided very fast and excellent service. Work was started on time and proceeded at a fast pace. I was kept up to date on progress with pictures. There were a few minor changes made to the work due to a few particulars to my home, but my concerns were quickly and professionally addressed. Did I mention that the cost was great too?!

904 Gutterz is legit. Flawless customer service (Heather is AWESOME) - they had availability almost right away, the job was done in one morning and my house looks amazing. I wasn’t home during install but they kept me updated the whole time with texts, pictures and videos. (They’re even willing to comeback and modify for a rain barrel free of charge.) The price was more than fair. The materials they used FAR exceeded my expectations. Nothing but praise for this group of outstanding people. Thank you so much!

I was thoroughly impressed with 904 Gutters from beginning to end. If you need any work done, this is an excellent business to work with. After a heavy rain, we realized we needed additional downspouts to control the water flow. They responded promptly and efficiently to our request. Neal from 904Gutterz came to give an estimate for putting gutters on my mobile home and promptly showed up within a day. Him and his employee were the nicest gentleman. They literally explained everything to me exactly how everything is done. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you never knew they were there. They did a really nice job.
