Fabio-Itop has done several jobs at my house including a patio in my backyard, a beautiful outdoor summer kitchen, widening my 3 car paver driveway and landscaping walls and a walkway to the back patio. Fabio is always professional and goes out of his way to make his customers happy! I highly recommend Fabio-Itop Builders.

My meeting with Fabio Silva began with
a phone call from my bank manager. My husband had passed away and I was an emotional wreck. The company my
Husband had hired to do an addition had left
me high and dry. Took our money and then disappeared. My bank manager suggested that I call itop builders.
Mr. Silva arrived at my house, took one look at what had been done and informed me that the work
was not to code and wasn’t even safe. He sat down with me and explained the necessary steps which needed to be taken and that he would provide me an estimate and detailed information on the addition.

They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. The project took three days from start to finish and they kept the grounds clean at the end of each day, not like others I have had on the property who only clean up at the end of the project. The entire crew is professional in their individual roles for the project. The foreman for the project fills a dual role not only overseeing the project but getting in and helping with the work, he is not above the work end of it. Fabio is also a hands on guy, getting out and establishing new projects to keep the work flowing while also being an essential part of the work for each project from start to finish. He is able to do this by having complete trust in his foreman and workers that they will do a top notch job. The Lady that runs the office is very helpful and makes sure all your questions are answered and that you are comfortable with how the project is moving towards completion. Fabio has put together a team that makes you feel secure and comfortable through the whole process. One last thing the whole project came in $18,000 under the nearest quote out of 5 that I received. Bravo to Fabio and his entire team for a job well done.
