I’ve been working with Bogdan and Theodore Contractors since early 2024, starting with a major project in Atlantic Beach that included a full home renovation, a new standalone guest house, and a new pool. Bogdan ran that job with exceptional organization and transparency—everything was planned ahead, communicated clearly, and executed smoothly.

Because of the strong working relationship on that project, the homeowner asked Pier Electric to install solar and Tesla Powerwall as the property expanded, including additions like a car barn for classic car storage. That trust says a lot about how Bogdan manages his projects and his subs.

We couldn't move forward with the project because issues on my end, but Tom was great. He made time to answer my questions and even was will to have another call even though it was clear we couldn't do the job.
