We continue to use Lighthouse Building Services for our projects. We have had to many to count (7+) and we are pleased every time! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve worked with Chris and his project manager, Blake, on numerous projects over the past two years. Not only is their work stellar, but the transparency and honesty in their ethics and terms is worth every penny. I’ve always been made to feel assured and I’m always left more than pleased with the result of their work. If you have a real estate need as an investor, and you’re looking for the best quality and return, look no further. I freaking love these guys.

I had them do septic replacement, roofing and a large renovation for one of my homes. Excellent service, excellent communication, kept well within budget and were very friendly on pricing (on investor AND normal consumer)... highly recommend and will definitely utilize them again!

I was getting ready to sell my home and thought I could DIY. The plumbing was more complicated than I was ever aware it could be with some demo and new bathroom vanities. Prior to this, I honestly thought that plumbers were a rip-off. I dealt with a certain golden plunger service before, and they charged me a frig ton to fix a toilet issue, and not even 24 hrs later, the same problem popped back up. When I reached out, I got excuses and was told I could schedule another plumber to come out at a discounted rate?! NO THANKS. But at a friend's recommending I called Lighthouse and got an immediate call back. A general quote was given, but I was told honestly that it would be better for them to see exactly what was needed before a hard quote was issued. They sent out a very professional guy who looked over my two bathrooms and then promised he would email a solid quote based on everything I wanted after he called some suppliers and checked on a time for the job to be started/completed. Instead of immediately agreeing to everything I wanted and shoving his hand out for my debit card, he was professional, honest, and forthcoming and let me know exactly where we stood. I hired Lighthouse right after my quote, I was really still realing from the bold honesty. Best decision I made during my ready to sell upgrades. Saved me time and hassle. Honesty is such a novelty now in service, so I grabbed it while I could.

Highly recommend!!! After calling multiple plumbing companies that where outrageouslly over priced a friend recommended me to this company, they came out the same day to give me a estimate and a detailed description of the work that was needed I decided to go with them. They fit me in the schedule that same week. I was highly impressed with their work and their dedication on getting back up and running!!!! 5 star plumbing company!!!!

Called LBS for an estimate for some drywall and framing repair for my house. Made an appointment and on the appointment day they were a no call no show. I tried calling them that day and several times afterwards and have not heard back from them.

I had a great experience. The work was on time and on budget. We took out a bathroom down to the studs and had a terrific modern bathroom in 4 weeks flat. Not only recommended, I will be using Lighthouse again.
