David and his team installed pavers over our existing patio as well as adding a large section of pavers to our existing patio. We were able to customize the layout and design. We added a large knee wall with custom lighting and wood burning fire pit. This has been one of the best investments for our home as we love spending days and evenings year round in our backyard.

Poor quality - stay away. Construction Specialties.of North Florida replaced my paver driveway. Unfortunately, they needed to be babysat during the construction process as they tried to take every shortcut possible.

A week after the work was complete, the edges of the driveway have started collapsing. CSNF has not been back and there is no ETA for a fix.

Update 3/22 - CSNF did come back a few times to make repeat repairs, but they didn't last long and the builder ended up hiring a different trade to complete the work.

They put in a patio for me 2 years ago. I contacted them just over a year later since it appeared that my patio was sinking. They sent someone out and acted like they were going to help me. Come to find out, they wanted to charge me $400 to correct the issue because it was "just out of warranty." Now the sinking is getting worse. My patio is 2 years old and looking horrible. Don't use this company if you want your project to last.

Update: I was able to speak to the customer service manager. He apologized for the miscommunication on their end, and handled that internally. After our conversation I was given a couple of possible resolutions to correct the problem. The chosen solution was implemented. I would give 5 stars if not for the delay in between. Things happen, in the end I’m happy with the product and willingness to own the error and fix it.

Okay product, terrible customer service. The sales guy Chad was good to work with. The install appeared fine (gutters and screen on lanai), but the first hard rain we had showed that the front gutters needed a guard of some type to contain the water. It’s been well over 6 months and I can’t even get the respect of a call back or conversation! I’ve called and emailed several times. In looking at the comments on here, I’m sure they will say I’m not a customer, but I 100% promise that I am. I’d avoid this company, it’s one thing to do the work, but you should also stand behind that work.

Don came out to measure our house for gutters and they were installed the next day. The crew took about three and a half hours to do the work and it looks great.

I am adding to this Post. We used Construction Specialties of North Florida for a third time to design and build on to our outdoor kitchen. As expected the CSNFL Team from the start of the design and quoting through the completion of the project the was professional and did high quality work. We are very pleased with our ODK and highly recommend CSNFL again.

Excellent job installing our large screened enclosure. Excellent customer service after completion, as well: two years later, the self-tapping fasteners used originally were not of premium quality and the finish of the heads began to turn a lighter, lavender color that really stood out from the dark bronze framing of the enclosure. They came back and replaced all of these with premium quality fasteners. Hopefully these will last longer.

We hired this company in early 2019 after finding them on an app called Thumbtack. They were going under a different name associated with the owner’s father’s company. Hence all the five-star reviews were actually associated with another company under different management. That explained how this brand-new company could have reviews from 2018. Since then I've realized how easy it is to become a business and incorporate. At the time, their Facebook page was nonexistent, and they had absolutely no Google reviews. I wish I would have trusted my gut from the beginning before hiring this company.

The owner was unavailable and non-respondent after the contract was signed. The contractor had absolutely no concept of time management. If I can offer this company any advice it is stick to your word, it goes a long way. Time and time again we were told someone would arrive on a certain day at a certain time. Needless to say, we felt that we were at the mercy of the contractor through much of the process. The most disturbing process of dealing with this company came near the end of the month when we were finally close to finishing. There were numerous issues left unresolved including electrical concerns and holes made by workers that punctured through to the outdoor siding. The contractor had the audacity to call us asking for the remainder of payment before more than 13 issues were still incomplete. The remainder of payment was the only thing that we had hanging over this company's head to finish their job and leave our home. If the contractor wanted to pay his employees at the beginning of the month he should have managed his time better.

The contract was vague however it did state the owner would do a final walkthrough with the client before final payment was made. This never occurred. Instead the owner took a vacation out of the continental United States and left numerous text messages unanswered.

All in all, we had two bathrooms completed and it took three months. If I was to rate the work over all I would give the job a 6/10. The guest bathroom was done better than the master. The tile is uneven. The caulking cracked soon after the job was finished. They left our exterior doors open with the AC running after being asked repeatedly to please close the door behind them. They cracked pieces of our indoor walls. The contractor tried to have a man paint around the vanity in the guest bathroom while the vanity was installed. The contractor repeatedly showed no respect for me and our home/ property. They give you a year warranty. However, there was absolutely no way I was ever welcoming anyone in this company back into my home ever again. I am assuming this is a side business for the owner. Clearly, he and the contractor could have a lesson in customer service and professionalism.

Overall most of the workers that arrived at our home worked hard. However, word of advice, it reflects poorly on the company when only one person arrives once or twice a week and spends the majority of their time talking on the phone about basketball games while no work is being accomplished. I swore off contractors and home renovation after our experience with this company. I've never been more frustrated in my life. This company literally overturned our lives. However, we have since then given another company a contract to completely remodel our kitchen, lay new flooring throughout the entire 1400 square foot home, and take down several walls. The work was done beautifully in under 10 days and for nearly as much as Certified 360 charged for two bathrooms. This company, unlike Certified 360, did not laugh in my face when I asked for a drawing of the expected plan. I will be happy to provide anyone information for the extremely professional and punctual contractor and company that have finished our kitchen and flooring remodel.

360 did a full home renovation for me, and it came out beautifully. They were very responsive and walked me through the process, while giving me options and the ability to tailor my renovation based upon my budget. Hiccups always happen in a renovation but they did a great job getting me to the finish line.

Certified 360 stepped up to meet our needs. My wife and I are new to the Jacksonville area and Ashley and Josh took us in as though we were old friends. They helped us totally remodel our newly purchased home. Ashley helped my wife completely design a new kitchen. Josh had all the right people to provide new flooring and cabinets. Josh did a fantastic job fully enclosing our back patio. I did not want the room to look like it was an afterthought. I wanted real walls with French doors and windows. I have a beautiful additional room now with A/C exchanges and high quality windows, doors, and a Travertine floor. The work was done quickly, but quality was definitely not compromised, and the price was competitive. They even completed a few details I didn't expect, but are definitely appreciated--like intuitively placed electrical outlets--beyond inspection requirements.
