After a destrucive flooding incident which damaged several rooms in my home, Chloe and the rest of the Carbon Copy Construction Inc team did an outstanding job in bringing the affected areas back to their original condition. In fact, I believe they are better than before. Chloe’s attention to detail and communication skills turned what had been a stressful situation into a reassuring and positive experience. Carbon Copy gets my unqualified recommendation.

It is with great pleasure and thanks that I write this review and recommendation. Due to very bad flooding under our kitchen floor, and very incomplete repairs by the first repair company, we commissioned Carbon Copy to do what became a very large renovation...a renovation that was required to bring the kitchen and several connected areas back to normal. The management and execution of the project by Ms.Kloe Giles was simply outstanding. She and her team...created a brand new area...many times finer than what we had originally. As senior executives we have very high expectations...and we must say that all of our requirements were met and exceeded by the fine work of Mark Boyer and Carbon Copy. We recommend these fine people and their impeccable work to anyone needing top-flight contracting work. And we would add...that the "Process" which many times can be tedious and overwhelming was turned into a totally pleasant experience by Kloe's leadership and her constant attention to every detail. Thanks to all at CCC!

Kyle and his team at Carbon Copy (Jeff, Brian, Richard, Dallas) were incredible to work with. We never thought a renovation would be so pleasant. We had a house flood and had to have all floors replaced, kitchen and bath remodeled. They were professional, communicative, creative with suggestions, and timely with scheduling. Also worked well with our insurance company to get things fairly covered. We highly recommend this company and their services.

If I could give them 10 stars I would - Kyle and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on replacing my roof. Everything was explained to me in detail and they completed everything on time. They cleaned any debris left behind and provided me timely updates as needed. Carbon Copy Construction made what could have been a stressful situation a very easy process - highly recommend!!!

Using Carbon Copy as the contractor was a great experience from the first day working with Chloe she showed up every day made sure work was done to her quality standards and ours. The team that lead our repair and remodel were wonderful to work with hats off to Chloe Brian, Jasmine, Dallas, and Rich, and so many others who completed the work would highly recommend Carbon Copy for their services.

Carbon copy construction is the best company. My kitchen had a faulty pipe connection which flooded my home. The contractor (Kyle) saw that every aspect of the of the project was completed for top notch results. I have nothing but positive things to say about Carbon Copy Construction.

I contracted with Carbon Copy Construction, Inc. for repairs at my house due to a water leak. They were extremely organized, very responsive and communicative during the entire process and all the trades utilized during the repairs were punctual, professional and provided extraordinary quality of service. Carbon Copy facilitated all of the communication with my insurance company and kept me in the loop on all steps during the process. They turned a stressful event into a phenomenal end result. I give them the highest rating and review possible.

Carbon Copy Construction did an excellent job on our project which included mold remediation, a total kitchen renovation, and flooring throughout our home. Kyle Mixson did an outstanding job of communicating and keeping the job on a tight timeline so that we could return to our home as scheduled. Their sub contractors were top notch and obviously had a history and relationship with Kyle and CC. We were so impressed with their work that we had them do another project for us (laundry room makeover). We would highly recommend CC to anyone for their construction needs.

Speedy! 100% satisfied! Within about 30 minutes of contacting them, they were already at our house, inspecting our roof and making some patches to prevent rain damage until the roof replacement could be done. They got the building permit and supplies ordered within the next couple of days. The supplies were delivered a couple of days after that, and within about a week of our original contact, they were already here, first thing in the morning, replacing our roof.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and nearly immediate replies to our questions and concerns!
Professional: A+ Laid down tarps to protect the yard from damage and debris. Brought in a garbage container and maintained quick and complete cleanup!
Everyone seemed to work quickly, but professionally, and we had our roof completely replaced all in one day.

The entire team at Carbon Copy Construction, Inc. has earned my strongest possible personal endorsement! I filed a claim with my insurance company that involved roof replacement in addition to stucco, drywall and ceiling repairs. My insurance company recommended Carbon Copy Construction and I was extremely pleased with their rapid response. Kyle Mikson was our project manager and upon our first meeting I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and integrity! It was at that moment I decided to hire Kyle to take on additional, non-insurance projects that I had been contemplating. Kyle was extremely proactive every step of the way. He maintained frequent contact with me to explain every facet of the process and was very patient with my many detailed questions. Most importantly, Kyle was always available to address and correct any concerns. He consistently responded immediately to any and all phone calls, texts and emails! Kyle was also an outstanding liaison with my insurance company and provided prompt clarification and resolution when technicalities arose.
Kyle assigned a large team of roofers that arrived at daybreak and completed the entire job by late afternoon. Several of my neighbors commented on the quality and speed of their work. Robert, Raymond and Allen went the extra mile to complete the stucco repairs and also to demolish and rebuild a two-sided wall to conceal my air conditioner outside unit. To quote Robert, “code is the minimum” and I was very impressed that he went above and beyond what was required. Raymond’s stucco work resulted in a seamless and smooth transition such that you cannot tell the difference between my original wall and the repaired sections. Allen’s quality painting was the finishing touch! Dwayne was assigned to several rooms that required extensive drywall and ceiling repair and painting. Dwayne’s dedication, attention to detail and quality interior work was greatly appreciated.
In summary, if any homeowner is planning any type of insurance work and/or home projects, I highly recommend Kyle Mikson and Carbon Copy Construction, Inc.. This is a highly reputable company that you can trust to take care of your home!

We have had the pleasure of working with Carbon Copy construction on two occasions. We were pointed their direction by our insurance company, USAA. After completion of the first job they did for us (2022ish), I was so thoroughly impressed that I was excited to have the opportunity to work with them again this past month.

The job in 2022 was a much more extensive project - bathroom remodel, flooring throughout a large portion of the home, painting/patching, etc. The level of communication from the outset was unparalleled. We never had to wonder what trade was working which day; we always knew the schedule and were well prepared for what work to expect. They completed the project on budget and on schedule, with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.

This past project in December 2025 was so small that I anticipated a lower level of service, just because the potential revenue to Carbon Copy was so small. HOWEVER, Kyle proved me very wrong! He responded to our request immediately, and we set a mutually agreeable time to meet and discuss. Kyle, and the team at Carbon Copy, treated this small project with the exact same level of care, communication, and dedication as they did the much larger project. The crews are great to work with and always take great care of their work spaces, ensuring that cleanliness and professionalism always stay as a guiding factor in their work.

Carbon Copy Construction was very communicative throughout the entire process and left us at ease knowing we would be taken care of. We used our insurance to file a claim for roof repair, CCC quickly reached out to schedule an inspection. After inspection it was determined our out of state rental property required a complete roof replacement. CCC provided a detailed explanation of what to expect from start to finish, even offering shingles recommendations to compliment the house. Our roof was replaced expeditiously after we received authorization and we are pleased with the service.

We haved used Carbon Copy Construction for two projects and could not be more pleased with their results. Kyle and the entire team are extremely competent, professional, friendly, and have great communication skills. All of their individual Tradesmen were very detail oriented and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. And they all are very nice and considerate people!
