I can't say enough about the Avant team. Avant started off the same as any other general contractor. Send them a project to bid and then compare their bid to others. However, that was the end of their comparison to other general contractors and the beginning of a new and refreshing experience. The Avant team approaches projects as an extension of the owner. They focus on design, cost vs value, ROI, etc which are all the items that are most important to an owner but rarely talked about by a GC. They have proven to be able to maximize the value in a project while delivering exceptional quality. I consider the Avant team as a critical partner and a key piece of our success.
