Sam and his partner completed three home repair jobs for me that over a dozen handymen I had met with declined to do. I was about to give up ever getting the repairs completed when I was lucky enough to be given Sam's number. He was incredibly thorough, taking lots of photos of the work that needed done. He arrived on time within days of sending me an online invoice and provided all the needed materials without requiring a deposit. The work was completed quickly and professionally and my property was left clean after Sam hauled away all the construction debris and blew away sawdust. All three jobs were completed at a fair price and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I will call Sam again in the future for needed home improvement and repair projects. I'm a senior living in an older home at the beach, where maintaining my home never ends, and where it's so hard finding reliable help at a fair cost.
