Alex has helped consult and complete several projects and even taken care of a few more projects for friends and clients. Alex is down to earth and will give you the straight answers you need to make the best decision for you and your business. If you are looking for someone who stands by his word and gets the job done right, look no further. I recommend Gold Standard to anyone looking for quality work on their commercial buildings or build outs. Save your time running around looking at different companies, you only need to make one call to Alex!!!

On time, on budget, no surprises, they did what they said they'd do.

Came out and did a project for me last minute did a good job. When I asked for a quote on another project they scheduled a time to come out to give me a quote they did not show up or call. When I called them back and left a voicemail and they have not responded. Very disappointing because did a good job on the first project.

I have recently referred customers to Jim & his team and they’ve been very impressed with the completed project. Jim is thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, and does high quality work! I will continue to recommend him!

Clear Constructors did a great job with my studio fitout. They performed the work quickly and to a high standard, making smart recommendations when we found unexpected difficulties and suggesting a design improvement that has garnered raves from our clients. They were responsive to queries, and in general communicated well. I’d gladly use them again.

We recently finished a condo renovation project with Jim and Scott at Clear Constructors and couldn’t be more delighted with the experience and results! The project included demolition, painting, building new walls, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, carpeting, flooring and every other aspect of a major renovation.
They worked very closely with us in

the design stages and provided options on materials based on cost and quality.
Their subcontractors were highest quality and delivered excellent workmanship.
They were always available, kind and patient with our questions and concerns.
We started with a projected cost and they delivered the job at that estimate.
There were some issues with schedule but they were largely out of their control due to materials not being delivered on time or sub contractors delays.
Overall we highly recommend Clear Constructors and would use them again in any future project!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Jim and his team. After two years of living in our home, our list of improvements/ideas had grown pretty lengthy. Jim was able to not only come in and give perspective on how we could approach these projects, but also helped determine which should take priority and others that could wait. Jim also did a great job working with us on maximizing efficiency with projects while making recommendations to stay within budget. We started off by re-doing our floors and I am PUMPED with how they turned out! His flooring team was clean, efficient, and very detailed in their work and absolutely exceeded my expectations. We will 100% be working with Clear Constructors in the near future as we move forward with second and third rounds of home improvements!
