This company is a joke! They installed a linear fireplace into my home that was natural gas, knowing our home is on propane in June 2018. Were still having issues and it’s January 2019. I schedule dates to get on their schedule then somehow I get removed and never communicated too. Very frustrating working with a company like this.

We at Interior Fusion have done sub-contractor work for interior glass for them in the past. They are very good at communication and keeping you up to date. Papo is one of the easiest guys to work with in the industry so far as well. Bruce as well is very honest and keeps an open line of communication during projects which makes it very easy to work together.

Overall, a great company and we enjoy working with them very much!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Service... late and super rude. It’s been months since they were supposed to fix a simple fire place. Still nothing, whenever they come they have the wrong parts or need to order parts (which happen to be wrong when they come in). This place is a joke I can’t believe they are still in business, never seen anything like this.

From screen enclosures to fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and fencing this company does multiple things and they do them well. Their office staff and installers are well informed and friendly, would recommend them to anyone.

Hurricane Matthew found us putting up Storm Shutters after buying our home 4 years ago. We discovered we were missing one on our bay window. It was too late to do anything about it until after the storm. Luckily if was on the opposite side of the storm.

CSNF came out to the house, measured the window and had a replacement delivered to my front door no questions asked. Great customer service, prompt communication and the staff was incredible to work with and friendly. Special shout out to Zack Flinn, Mike Minix, and David Hacker!
