Have used this company for many years for our business locations. So we tried them with our new home being built. They went above and beyond! Very responsive, courteous, innovative, at a extremely fair price.

Recently we took over an existing business and employed Munson and Bryan to update electric. Showed up on time from the start and worked efficiently to get the job done. Extremely professional team of electricians. Delivered on every promise.

My time here has shown me that there are hardworking individuals combining skills and effort to further the electrical trade. This company has been around jacksonville for over 30 years and the mark they leave speaks for itself. They mean business and business is excellent!

Driver cut me off and made illegal turn on Emerson

Truck number seven was speeding down Atlantic driving like a maniac almost hit me switching from lane to lane to lane. Putting people at risk and in danger what a horrible representation of the company

Seems like they don't care who they put behind their work vans if they're smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Don't waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if you've been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chaser's wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

I can’t get over the kindness of the Munson & Bryan men that saw me having a bad day with a flat tire and so generously came over and put my spare on. I would call this company just based on the quality of people that work there. I want to say thank you 🙏 and I will always remember them because they helped me out.

I had the awesome opportunity to work with John who was compassionate, diligent, and an expert. He even followed up with me the next day just to see if everything was in good working order. Munson and Bryant is who you want to call if you have electrical issues, their courtesy and expertise are above and beyond. If you have an electrical need and scroll past this site, you are making a mistake!

I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

Today 3/16/2025 I was traveling north on Hwy 17, stopped at the traffic light at Eldridge Loop. It was pouring rain, and there was an elderly person using a walker, and slowly crossing the road. It was evident they weren’t going to make it all the way across. With me being the first in line, I turned on my hazards and very slowly krept forward as the light turned green, assuming people in a hurry to get somewhere would simply go around.

Well, this wasn’t enough for the white van of Munson & Bryan Electric. Not only did they aggressively go around, they almost side swiped my car, and layed on the horn for good measure to presumably “teach me a lesson”?

While not only endangering me and my car, I’m certain that the honking was quite the disturbance for the elderly person having to cross the road in the rain.

If Munson & Bryan Electric embodies this type of behavior, I’m not sure how trustworthy they’d be to be detailed and meticulous on a job where my house could burn down.

Needless to say, I’m not going to ever use them, and until I get an apology from the company and the driver of this van, this review stays up.

Is communication and honesty important to you? Don’t use Munson & Bryant Electric if your answer is yes. It is common knowledge that building and remodeling professionals are experiencing a labor shortage. But every other sub working in my home can seem to communicate and work out a time to do what they promised. BEWARE Munson & Bryant

Driver proceeded to run a stop sign flying through a residential zone and then follow honking the horn through San Marco. Maybe they shouldn’t have your company name on the side of the vehicle if they don’t know basic road rules or can’t control their temper.

I received great service and the best price for my new office build out. I needed an electrician to run power and wire my office including a new breaker box and they did an amazing job. Carey was very professional and show up on time. I would highly recommend them!
