We have worked with Jerome from A1A solar for several years. He installed our panels and conscientiously keeps in touch about the status and makes any suggestions he thinks may be helpful. But we have never had any panel problems!

Good experience. Moises handled the warranty claim and scheduling. 25 year warranty on the optimizers DOES NOT include installation. $450 each time they come to your house. Funny, the salesmen didn't mention that bit of information. Oh well . . . . .

After dealing with an ill reputable company that actually started a fire in the electrical box and then went out of business. It was so nice to hire A1A solar to do all the replacements in the repairs. Moises worked with us to figure out what was going wrong? Did all the repairs in a timely professional manner. Was extremely helpful throughout the process to get the whole system Online with the EV company monitoring. Would highly recommended them to Anyone.

Moises in technical support was great! The connection between my solar panels and the monitoring system was lost and he patiently walked me through the reconnection steps on the phone. My solar panels were installed by a completely different company, so his kind and helpful service was even more appreciated. He even called me back the next day to make sure everything was on the right track. That kind of dedication and attention is really rare. Thank you Moises! I had an exceptional experience with Oliver from A1A Solar Contracting. The installation was spearheaded by Carlos Rodriguez and his team, who were very professional and courteous. I was having an issue with my converter, and Oliver was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, from what the problem was to the specifics of the warranty and labor costs. His dedication to making sure I had a positive experience was truly impressive. It's rare to find a company and a representative like Oliver who genuinely care about the customer and aren't focused on unnecessary upselling. This is, in my opinion, the best solar company out there. I will definitely be recommending A1A Solar and Oliver to everyone I know.

I dealt with a very nice and helpful man, Moises. We worked together for a couple of days over the telephone. I am having a connection problem, which has to do with connecting to internet. I was told it would cost $500 to fix for what I suspect would be a job that would take 10 minutes to maybe an hour. I have been working on this issue for nearly a month with Moises and others, and I'm done. I plan to have my solar system removed from my house.

Jerome is doing a great job troubleshooting our Enphase PV gateway. For some reason it stopped communicating, and he proactively called me, just one day after I found that out myself. So today he is looking into the system remotely, and I am confident we will find a solution soon. Thanks for your support, Jerome!

Just had new and updated solar panels installed - they look amazing and were delivered on time and as promised. Workmanship was excellent. The two installers Yancy and Jkari worked tirelessly for the whole day carrying each panel up a 20ft ladder one by one. They were very professional, courteous and respectful.
I even was visited by the owner Pete Wilkins, who made sure everything was delivered and installed correctly.

I want to commend Moises and A1A Solar, the installer for my home's rooftop solar system. A few days ago my app said the microinverters have stopped reporting. I called A1A and worked with Moises and together we tried several things and got the system rebooted and back to working. He was quick to respond to me and my concerns and we fixed it without sending a truck out. Kudos!

Just spoke to Jerome at A1A Solar that installed 18 solar panels on my roof in 2017. I bought a Tesla in 2018, and was finally able to get 2 Tesla Powerwalls installed by A1A in 2019. I qualified for $7500 tax credits all 3 years. Since then, I’ve had very few problems with any of the equipment. I haven’t had an electric bill for years, I charge my car at home, and my electric company sent me a $500 check for my net metering. My next upgrade will be when my insurance company forces me to replace my roof - maybe later this year. Jerome informed me that they are also installing metal roofs. I’ll get one from A1A, which should last the rest of my life. If you can invest in going solar, do it. If the grid goes down, the Powerwalls pick up the slack so your life is not disrupted by an outage. The company also installed a hybrid hot water heater, which is energy efficient.

Oliver was very helpful and interested in how my panels were working for me. I’ve had my panels for 8 years and I have been very pleased with the install and the steady production year to year with no significant declines. A1A Solar has been above the norm in everything!

I have had solar panels in place for 10+ years. Just recently, the micro inverters have started to fail. In both instances, Jerome has reached out proactively via their continuous monitoring to let me know that my system was not operating as expected. He has handled the ordering, warranty replacement, scheduling of the work and follow-up after completion. I am very pleased with my service with A1A and the staff such as Jerome that make it easy to keep my system optimized.

The installation was really fast, only two days and then we got to start producing solar energy. Everything looked professionally done and beautiful at the end. This was a life goal for our family to be able to have clean energy and I am very happy we chose A1A Solar to do it. Warren, Macon, and Tyler were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We spent some time talking with them and they were all good guys. Great service, great team, great result!

We have had our solar panels for eight years and I am still impressed with A1A Solar for constantly monitoring the production. Twice they have let me know when the panels are not producing, typically due to resetting the breaker. I am grateful for Moises and the team for their commitment to customer service. Thank you A1A!

Jerome was excellent today with helping me resolve my solar panel connectivity issues. After I had tried for an hour to get it back online Jerome had me up and going in less than 5 minutes. I really appreciate his work in helping me out with that situation.

I've had solar since 2015, & added the Powerwalls in 2020 or 2021. I had to have new Powerwalls installed, due to technical issues. While the service was excellent, & the technicians were knowledgeable & helpful, I had issues with billing. Tesla claimed there would be no cost. A1A stated that there was a labor cost & quoted a price. I received an invoice for 3x the quote. I'm on a fixed income, so this threw a spanner into the works. I believe all parties should coordinate pricing policies to avoid such nasty surprises. I love my solar system, regardless.

After 5 years with A1A I can say I'm completely satisfied. They went above and beyond and delivered on everything I could hope for. No hiccups with installation, panels performed as promised. Jerome followed up and took great care of me.
