We reached out to A1A to perform warranty service for both Enphase solar and Tesla Powerwalls after being orphaned from our original solar maintainer leaving the business. Moises with A1A changed over our maintainer to A1A, working with the manufactures and scheduled the replacement of a defective Enphase inverter and both our disabled, recalled Powerwalls. A1A provided accurate work estimates and we encountered no surprises during this warrantee work. The lead times for the Tesla replacements did take some time but that appeared to be out of A1A’s control. Local JAX company and available for telephone support and local service calls. Very pleased to have A1A as our maintainer.

A1A Solar has once again shown why they are one of the best in the solar installation business first they kept up on the monitoring of the system performance, when this performance dropped they informed us quickly, even though we were somewhat slow to respond Moesis kept reaching out . When we finally began the warranty process he made it smooth and seemless updating us at every step of the way . The day of installalling the replacements he called to remind us and ensure work team were able to have a smooth process of entry and exit onto premises. I have been researching solar panels for a while and even experimented with them in my back yard. I found A1A solar when we were at the car show on Amelia Island. Chance came and sat down with us and patiently answered all of our questions. We did run into a few issues and some that were beyond the control of A1A (i.e. permitting and financing issues). I worked with Cliff who was knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease about the installation. I was home for installation day and the team did an amazing job. Warren the electrician stayed over an hour after the install was complete to ensure everything was working the way it should, answer questions, and discuss expectations.
The office staff was pleasant to deal and Angie went above and beyond.

Jerome was very helpful and kept me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. He scheduled the work needed, and checked to see if it was done to our satisfaction. My husband was pleased with the work and the professionalism of the team that did the work. They were courteous and completed the work promptly, giving us advice on dealing with our squirrel population but not pressuring us to immediately commit to additional expenditures. We highly recommend A1A Solar!
