Paul has cleaned my home exterior for several years now. After his first service, I have never considered anyone else. His technique is highly superior to others and it is most peaceful while he is at task.
No more noisy pressure washers with streaks for me!

Stole my flower pots and left a mess in the back yard. They were so busy stealing my stuff that they didn't empty the leaf basket.
The owner of the company got mad at me for asking him to return them or I would call the police. The owner said it was a misscommunication and did not apologize or sound remorseful.
The only thing they could have misunderstood was wether or not the home was vacant.

I had a bad gate and all they had to do was text when they were coming and we would make sure gate was open and dogs were inside but he wouldn’t and didn’t tell me for a month my pool wasn’t being serviced , ended up my pool pumped died and my pool turned green.. I had to buy a new pump and cost of green to clean.. Ed Schafer was the tech and when I messaged him about it he was rude and unapologetic…. I’m a widow that he took advantage of… even the few times he actually cleaned the pool, it still never look prestige, always had sand or debris.. don’t recommend this co

Blue truck for this company with a lady driving, she was doing 45 then sped up to 50 in a school zone on kernan , flew there WaterLeaf and Sable Palm Elementary school zones. No care in the world for the safety of the kids and your representing a company vehicle?
8/14/25 about 8:15 am and I wrote this at 8:26am, at home the driver was heading toward McCormick Rd Light.

They were prompt, professional and very personable. The carpets looked great when they were done.

Priest did a thorough job cleaning my family room carpet and the tile grout in 3 bathrooms and the kitchen and dining area. He is honest and fairly priced.

2nd time I’ve called them and they did an excellent job both times! Extremely responsive, professional and polite. Will definitely use again.

Really appreciate Enviro for their high quality work and awesome price! Thorough, professional, and affordable. If you have a lockbox for your keys they always return them properly. My office has been w/ them for about a year now and we'll definitely be calling on them for years to come. My only regret is not discovering them sooner, thanks y'all!

I am so pleased and happy with franks pool service. took me awhile to sign up with them but well worth the wait. my pool and everyone that works for franks are wonderful. my pool looks great and now I don't have to worry about anything. thanks Scherry

A big thank you to Frank's Pool Services, Inc. They installed my pool heater about 1 year ago and I had a problem with the heater recently and asked them to come and check it out. They were here within 48 hours and fixed the issue (at no cost) caused by another pool service company that I won't mention who did work recently on my filter cartridge but feel pinched by the experience :) Thank you Frank!

I had to call several times and not getting any return calls for days. I don’t know if they are just too busy to communicate in a timely manner. If someone tells you they will call you back it only takes two minutes to do that. I had a pool fountain issue and never got an answer if they could repair I reached out to another company and they responded in an hour and have a solution to repair.

Firstly, they did a fabulous job on our remarsite and new tile and light! Very clean, efficient and great cost. After 6 months some of the grout was cracking and they were attentive to our concern, redid the cracked grout and replaced it with an expanding type that not only matched perfectly but also will uphold better with temperature change. Very happy customer and would highly recommend!

I used them for 2 years and they where great. Very professional, my bill even got behind and they worked with me on it. Once my bill was cleared up I called them back and asked them to start services again. There was an initial clean up that had to be done and after that it was horrible. The guy doing our pool was lazy and my pool has not looked good since he has been taking care of it. The thing that surprised me was that when I called to cancel services they never tried to make it right or even offer a new person to come out to my home or even try and keep my business. They simply said well ok we will email you the bill. Thank you.

We were having issues with our pool not having much pressure. Our technician RJ came back after we couldn’t get the issue resolved. He was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue with some troubleshooting. He was very patient with all of my questions and offered suggestions to help prevent the issue from recurring. Great employee and very professional! Thank you!

Wow, it’s great to work with a small business that believes in Service, Professionalism, and Integrity! Korey, a technician at Frank’s, came out a couple weeks ago to solve a priming problem with my pump. He did some basic trouble shooting, greased gaskets, this seemed to work for a while, but it started again. I called to schedule Korey to come back out, He came out promptly, and with a little research of the problem, he fixed the it, and the system has never had this much pressure! Thanks so much and I look forward to working with Frank’s in the future!

Had someone come out to show me how to use and maintain the pool in my new house, I've never owned one, so I really had no clue. He helped me out, showed me basic maintenance and how to test and maintain my equipment. Great, patient attitude without belittling me. 10/10 what I needed

Hi, I don't personally have an experience yet with Frank's Pools. However, I have a couple friends that speak very highly of a gentleman by the name of RJ. I hope to be moving into a new home real soon and I just want to put in a good word for RJ, and I truly hope to have this gentleman as my Poolman very soon!

Excellent response both times I have called Frank’s Pool Service. They arrived as scheduled and were able to get my equipment fixed quickly. Noah was outstanding.

Made an appointment for a pipe leak on my pool pump. They showed up on time, made the repair, charged a reasonable amount and were courteous and friendly. They will see more business from me in the future when I rebuild and remake my pool.

EDIT 10/28/2021-- Ended up taking care of issues, following up etc. Kind of fell into a black hole but they came out of it. I will use them again--

EDIT- 02/16/2021-- Beginning to wonder about them. Won't return phone calls, give updates etc. Will leave a new review after this latest issue is addressed.
