Franks was recommended to us by a neighbor. So glad we called. RJ showed up on time, polite and was very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue and took the time to explain what had happened and even offered other small suggestions to help keep the pool clean. Don’t believe you can go wrong using Frank’s.

Franks Pool Services is our go-to company for all things pool. They have helped us with LED lights, pump concerns, heater issues and more. They’re always right on time and very fair with their prices. They can do it all: repair, remodel, pavers and more. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend. After making sure my pool pump failure wasn’t due to another issue, Noah ended up replacing the motor and seals, and when a leak was found, he installed a new multiport valve. Everything was diagnosed correctly, done in good time, and done right the first time. I will be using this company again in the future.

Awesome experience with R.J. replacing a light in the spa. R.J. showed up at the end of the day when most folks would have called it quits and rescheduled. Did a great job pulling new wire and replacing the light. would highly recommend Frank's, so much so that we have them coming back for more work.

The FPS tech was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was fretting about the possibility of expensive repairs and RJ found a simple problem that got my pump up to speed for just the cost of a service call! I found Franks to be honest, direct and good at explaining my situation. They sent out a very detailed young man to take care of our pool pavers.

My pump died and this was one of the only companies to even pick up the phone. I even had a last minute schedule change that they were able to accommodate. Technician RJ had me up and running in no time at all. Highly recommended.

Our pool rehab and new travertine deck are beautiful. Everyone was great to work with. The various work crews were fast, efficient, and kept the jobsite neat. Supervision kept us well informed re the schedule and progress the entire time. Doug and David went above and beyond to find and repair a leak in our existing piping. Highly recommend this company. We had our pool resurfaced, our pool deck and patio rebuilt as well as our front porch. Frank’s Pool Service did an amazing job. They were efficient, precise and clean. They came in on budget. Frank was honest with us about the timeline, cost and what could be accomplished. Great communication. The follow up service is remarkable as well.

I had Franks’s pool service out to replace seals on my pool pump, RJ was very professional and a wizard at his craft. I worked with my hands my entire career and can watch someone work with their hands and tell you how good they are. RJ is a master at his craft, everything works perfectly fine.

I would give Franks Pool Service six stars if Google would allow. These guys were great. Recently had my pool resurfaced and they did a excellent job. A group of very hardworking guys who provide outstanding service. Their price wasn’t the least or most expensive, it was fair. In a time where home improvement companies barely return calls, overcharge, show up late (if at all), these guys are different. What I think is most impressive, is their willingness to explain with absolute specifics as to what they do during each process step and why. Well done, David, Eric and Doug.

Really happy with the service we received in diagnosing an issue with our heater/chiller not coming on. RJ was our tech and seemed very knowledgeable. Took two trips after needing to order a part. Very happy with the communication from both the tech and the office. Now we are back up and running!

Frank’s Pool Service is by far the best in Jacksonville. I’ve used them 2 times for several pool maintenance issues and they have been extremely helpful for a new pool owner. The most recent time was for a valve actuator repair. Noah was helpful, answered all of curious questions and had parts available to take care of the issue immediately. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Great service from RJ! He replaced our LED swim light; we had a hard time finding anyone from the “pool stores” to replace our light. Frank’s Pool Service had it done within 2 weeks. Always great to have RJ come and help with pool maintenance and repairs

Franks pools are the bomb. Whenever I have an issue they fix it and in short time. Their Jandy warranty work is performed with timeliness and at no charge to me. RJ and Noah specifically have been very helpful on site and over the phone with issues concerning my pool and equipment. They are an asset to their company for sure. Love Franks pools. Reasonable price! The technician skillfully replaced our pool filtration system. Went the extra mile to label all valves and gave us a tutorial of how to use it! First rate job done by a great person representing Franks Pools. Well Done.

Scheduling was fast & easy. Noah came out to service our pool heater. Noah was personable, professional & efficient. He quickly identified the issue & informed me of the next steps required to get the equipment up & running. Pricing was fair, reasonable & comparable to the industry standard. I highly recommend Frank's Pool Services, Inc. They worked closely with us to plan the refurbishment of our pool. We really enjoyed our pool after Frank's had relined it. After using our pool for over a year we had cracks, probably caused by defective materials. Frank came out personally to inspect the problem. They removed the failed lining and replaced it under warranty with no hassle. All of his crew have been excellent, polite, and kept us informed. At completion, Frank called to check in with us to make sure we were satisfied. The pool looks great. Anyone can have a problem with a project. What matters is the recovery and customer support, and Frank's Pool Services' is excellent.

We have been having issues with our pool pump running. We called Frank’s Pool Service on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Thursday between 1 and 3. Noah arrived at 2:00 and our pump was running in 5 minutes! It had been off for 2 weeks! Noah was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He showed us the problem and how to program the pump. He said if there was any issue with this service, just call and he would come back free of charge if it was the same issue. Thanks Noah for a job well done.
