Franks pool services has been servicing and maintaining our pool since we bought our house, we bought our house when the housing market was very hot and many calls went unanswered or extremely high prices for pool services, Frank’s answered the call, and had someone out ASAP on a weekly schedule. The weekly cleaning is thorough and technicians provide feedback on the equipment status for preventative maintenance or repairs needed to keep the pool working at optimum level.
All the equipment was the original since first installed, I had the pump and heater replaced along with some other work, the pricing was very competitive when compared to other pool service companies, we’ve had great response dealing Frank, and all the folks that work there.

I bought the same pump motor about 1 1/2 years ago. Not very long for a pump that runs only 3-4 hours a day to burn up. The management at Frank's Pool Service were good enough to work with me and discount the price of installation to pay for a part of the defective pump even though it was out of warranty (warranted only one year). Kudos for Frank's for doing this.

The tech's are good. The service was done quickly. They know their stuff. Also gave me tips on how to maintain my new pump.

Thank you to David and the team at Frank's! We did a total renovation of our deck, pool resurfacing and tile. It looks beautiful and we could not be happier. David was very responsive to all my questions. Despite COVID-19 shutdowns, the work continued and I am very grateful. We are loving our new oasis.

We love our pool with the house we bought but realized in a few years that the pool was never resurfaced. It was OK but not, there was staining and pitting I fought with and balance issues on top of the appearance. Didn't know who to trust, so many companies to choose from. We got 4 bids and there was $12,000 between the lowest and highest. We picked Frank's Pool Service. Turns out the actual resurfacing whatever finish you choose is done by the same company. Like they do all the pools for all the refinishing contractors. The prep work, tile replacement etc. Gets done. But when it gets to that point. Everyone uses the same company to do the new surface. Then comes clean up, curing, maintenance until curing is complete and a final balance. We are very happy that we chose Frank's. Steve answered all our questions. The price was very fair in comparison and, as we are doing final cleaning and curing, they have responded to all the little details. We are stunned by the results.

We’ve been using Frank’s Pools for years and have always had great service. They’re reliable and professional. Recently, Steve came out to patch a leak in our skimmer and did an excellent job—quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Just had our pool resurfaced by Franks and they did an awesome job! Added a sun shelf and new ladder as well as new tile and ‘pebble’ finish. David is a great guy, super easy to work with and responds quickly! Want everyone wants in a contractor! We are extremely pleased and love our new pool!

Incredible Customer Service

Sometimes a company just gets it right. A couple of years ago, Frank's Pool Services did a resurface of my 20 y/o pool. Great job, nice price. Very happy.

Two years later, substantial delamination of the surface and cracks! Horrible. Expected Frank's to give me a hard time or at least make me pay something to fix. NO!

I brought it to their attention, they took a look and said don't worry. They immediately said they would fix, do it right and all at no cost to me. And that is exactly what they did. Took the surface off across the entire pool and put an entire new surface on the pool.

My pool looks like new. It clearly was a huge expense for Frank's but they just did the work. And not a dollar of cost from me.

Over the years, I've been happy with Frank's weekly pool service. They do the work and I just enjoy the pool. But my experience with the pool resurface fail was entirely unexpected and delightful. The world is full of experiences with contractors who don't really stand behind their work. Frank's did stand by their work and they should be recognized for their great customer service.

Frank's Pool Service recently completed a remodel of my 20 year old saltwater in ground swimming pool. It came out fantastic thanks to the recommendations made to me by the service manager Dave and the good workmanship applied to the overall work. Have provided some photos of my completed pool which now looks brand new. I have been using Frank's Pool Service for pool cleaning for years and have always been impressed with their pool technicians professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for any of your pool service needs.

Frank’s Pool Services redid our lights, tile and marcite. It turned out great! Steve was very helpful from the initial quote all through completion. The pool looks better than new, and we’re very happy. The job was done on time and no headaches. Thanks again to Steve and the rest of the team.

I can not recommend them at all. One screw up after another. From not cleaning my pool appropriately to leaving highly toxic cleaning container on my lawn that did not even had a lid on. Very poor service received the past year.

Edit: These images are from last year. I had to fix myself the pool since you guys did not. I gave you guys already multiple possibilities to fix things and make it better. In a previous email I told you that I will not tolerate one more poor service and that exactly happened in February.

Steve and team were awesome from start to finish. They were accommodating and communicative, prices were very fair relative to market, and the pool turned out amazing! Highly recommend this team and will be using them again.

Outstanding service provided by Frank’s Pool company. From start to finish. Steve was an integral part in my decision to go with this company after several other estimates from other pool companies to bid on my project.

His knowledge on questions was obvious. His direct interaction on the project from start to finish. No middleman to go through. He was the sole project manager. His ability to jump on questions I had, to jumping on something that needed to be done was exemplary.
