Nice employees but I was very disappointed that the didn’t clean window sills or frames. So glass was fine but windows still looks dirty.

Our guys spent HOURS doing the inside and outside of all of our windows, dragging many ladders around as we have 20 foot high ceilings. Phenomenal job and our windows are super clean. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Window Gang! We had our windows cleaned inside and out with a partial pressure washing as well. The windows especially on the north side of our home get so dirty and greenish mold that you would typically see on the north side of a home. They look amazing! The tracks are all cleaned and the screens wiped down as well!
I was also concerned with my plants on the deck. They moved those to safety for me so that they wouldn't be damaged by the pressure washing. And then they put them back in better order than I had them! Mike and Ed did a great job and I would highly recommend the Window Gang based on our experience.
It rained the evening they came and our windows still look great! Thank you!

Well…you came so highly recommended that even though more expensive I chose you!
I’m sorry to say I’m a tad bit disappointed & irritated. One guy came out (I believe Jamie) and proceeded with the windows inside. I know my blinds were dirty & the windows horrible, however I didn’t expect to clean up after him.
Upon cleaning the kitchen window I came around the corner to find him standing on the counter with his shoes. The dirt from the track & screen was all over the canisters, my fruit holder & I had to move everything to wipe it all up with Clorox spray. ( I have pictures). I mentioned it to him & he said oh!
Next was my office, the window sensor fell off. The glue was brittle, but he should have said something. I went & talked to him & he said he’d glue it back on. Later that night the sensor fell off sounding my alarm. He taped it on with folded up silver tape! Then I notice the screen was not in the track correctly & actually bent in the middle. I fixed that!
He was very rough with the screens & even in living room just pushed them out onto front porch.
The front windows were covered with dirt from the lawn guys, the caulking was black. He told me they used the wrong caulking, I agreed. However he said he’d clean it up for me. He did not, I was on the front porch in the heat very carefully using a soft brush to clean it all up. Also the water ran down into the dirt & down under the window on the paint & I scrubbed that off too. (I have pictures).
My house cleaner was here & also witnessed this & was vacuuming under all the windows when he was done.
I hope you address this situation that occurred, and possibly show some compensation toward this bill.

Mike and Daniel did an excellent cleaning job - and they were polite, friendly and efficient - here for two hours! Mike remembered my dryer vent problem from when he was here 6 months ago!
