We had a couple employees test positive for CV-19. We had to get our facility cleaned asap, so that we could continue to operate the next day. I called Shane about 7pm, and he was able to get a crew out to our warehouse within a couple hours. Once they arrived, they thoroughly cleaned the offices, warehouse and PIT equipment. They did a fantastic job for us. I really appreciated them working hard to help us last minute! I'd recommend these guys to anyone that needs a great cleaning service.

Jerry was very responsive and went out of the way to meet our needs. We were moving into a new home and wanted to have the carpets steam cleaned prior to our move in. With all of the COVID-19 concerns, we felt it appropriate to have it thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. Jerry met us at our home within one hour of us getting the keys. He was very professional and did a great job. We would highly recommend Jerry and his company.

Glad we chose this company. The carpet was very dirty and really needed to be replaced but we wanted to get at least another year or two out of it. Jerry came and made the carpet basically new again even removing a tough red stain. Highly recommend, no regrets at all.

Very happy with the cleaning done on our sectional and area rug. Jerry was on time, professional, and very pleasant to chat with. He went above and beyond by cleaning our outdoor porch rug, plus was very reasonable with pricing. The online scheduling process was very easy to use and I didn't have to wait weeks to get on the calendar. I've waited too long to schedule the service because I was hesitant about what company to use. Needless to say, I won't wait too long again because I've found my go-to company!

Always a great experience with True Clean. This is the second time Jerry has done cleaning for me. He has cleaned tile and sofas both times. Great service, always arrived as stated. Prices are reasonable. Extremely happy!

I purchased carpet from local dealer didn’t want it soaked for few days to dry, went to dealer he recommended Jerry ,I called service was great from first conversation. Explained I needed to work done by 11am so spouse could still be able to work from home that day . OMG I Love My Carpet It Looks As If When I First Moved In & Let Me Tell You My Carpet Was Really Messed Up I Didnt Think All The Stains Would Come Out & They Did. 10/10 Would Recommend

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Explained everything easy and the job itself was done very quickly as well. We had 3 rooms and an area rug cleaned. Unfortunately the area rug still has remaining pet urine odor in it. I would not blame it on Jerry though as I believe the rug may need to be sent out for a much deeper clean, if not then thrown away. I still give Jerry a 5 star because the rooms look and smell great!!!
