Jerry at True Clean Carpet and Tile Care did a fantastic job on my tile and grout.
Before calling Jerry, I tried one other local Jacksonville floor cleaning company and they left me with a job half finished.
Jerry came in and went above and beyond correcting my floors. He was not only on time, he was early, communicative, respectful, and overall a customer service expert. My only regret is not calling him sooner.

Jerry did a great job, he has been to our home several times and after he is finished our carpet looks so much better. Highly recommend this gentleman and his company.

I have a white sofa and chair that needed cleaning, particularly one large spot on the sofa. Jerry did his thing and they look awesome. Almost new. You would never know there was a spot or dirt anywhere. He was super fast and friendly. Will definitely hire him again.

Jerry was very nice and efficient with cleaning our three carpeted bedrooms. I have a dog and he gave him a treat to distract him from the (scary) equipment used. Top quality customer service from Jerry and his inside team. I would recommend to a friend. the only thing i did not know about the carpet cleaning is it would need time to dry after, which was an oversite on my end.

Jerry did a truly phenomenal job! I have used different companies over the years and he outshines them all! He did all 4 bedrooms, our large sectional, area rug and runner. I hired Jerry to clean my tile and wasn’t 100% happy with the outcome. My tile is very old and had never been cleaned professionally, but Jerry was so determined to make sure I was satisfied, he came back and cleaned it again. It looks wonderful! Like new. His professionalism, experience, integrity, and pride in his work and company are very impressive. He’s also a really nice guy. I will definitely call him for my floors, furniture, etc. in the future.

Jerry was extremely kind and professional. The equipment he uses is top of the line, and managed to revitalize my disgusting 1500 sqft of carpet. Pricing was fair, $410 for 3 bedrooms, 2 full staircases, hallway, walk-in closet, and large living/dining area. Service was quick and easy. My home feels fresh and inviting again after some much needed love, and I could not be happier. 100% will use True Clean again in the future.

Thank you Jerry for not only cleaning the carpets, but bringing fresh life to them!! The carpets are over 23 years old, but after Jerry finished they look brand new and smell very fresh and clean. First time using True Clean Carpet & Tile Care. Jerry was excellent. On time, fair pricing and did a detail walk through. Although everything is still drying as he just finished, I am sure everything will look great, it already does. I have had cleans done of my tile, couches, rugs and carpet in the past which took maybe 1.5-2 hours, this one is more detailed and deep cleaning which yes took about 4 hours but I know it’s better than what I have had before. Thank you Jerry for your professionalism and hard work.

I had a great experience with True Clean. Jerry and his receptionist were very friendly, professional and straightforward. My luxury vinyl plank floors were caked with dirt which was impossible to remove from the grooves. And now they are spotless. I got some tips on how to manage them better on my own; but I will DEFINITELY be using True Clean again! Would give 10 starts if I could!
