I recently had my stairs cleaned by Stanley Steemer, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I had no idea how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make. My stairs look brand new, and the deep clean has really revitalized my home. The team was professional, prompt, and thorough—definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to refresh their carpets and upholstery.

Mike and his team did an excellent job I was very pleased. And he recommended me to turn my rug so that the area where it was already getting high traffic would not continue to get all of the traffic so I did. I turn the rug And I believe it will make a tremendous difference it look really nice.

Earlier, I gave a 5 star review but after my area rugs have dried, I changed my mind because I see no difference. Looks the same before they started. I feel like I overpaid for a not so good turnout. Kinda disappointed.

Two very personable and polite gentlemen showed up. They cleaned, they checked with us, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very positive experience. They were overly optimistic about when the furniture would dry—there was still dampness 24 hours later. They will tell you 4-6 hours, but you should plan to be without your stuff for a couple of days. That’s a minor issue, though. The furniture looks and smells great!

We just had Stanley Steemer come out to do our duct cleaning. Diony and Kyrie were very nice and helpful. Even though we were home doing projects and the kids were here, they worked quickly and around us. They did a wonderful job on getting the ducts cleaned and helped identify some potential issues to get checked out with our older house. Thank you for the great job and we'll be seeing you soon for our carpet and tile! :)

I’m super happy with my cleaning. The guys, Eric and Tom were both super friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I’ve been in my apartment for almost 15 years and the carpets had pretty heavy wear and some stains from years of spills and such. Honestly, you can’t tell where that stuff was anymore. I’m incredibly impressed.

Phil and his partner arrived on time and did a fantastic job to clean the grout and seal our tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. They knocked out the job in about 90 minutes. The lady of the house is very pleased with the results.

Staff was very friendly. Had 3 area rugs cleaned. Two which had a darker pattern turned out decent. The lighter rug which showed the most foot traffic may have improved by 20%. A bit disappointed in the outcome given it was over $100 per rug and the cleaning time “may” have been 10 minutes per rug. Knowing this I would have tossed the rug and just purchased new.

Stanley Steemer did an outstanding job on our carpets! Dave and Mike showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient, effective, and somehow made years of mystery stains disappear like it was a magic trick. The carpets look (and smell) amazing. If every service call went like this, life would be a lot easier. Highly recommend!

I meant to do this a long time ago but i used Stanley steamer to clean one bedroom carpet and put stain protection down and the carpet qas not clean the worker was like we cant get the stain out and it was a day old stain. Last they never put protection speay on the room they say they cleaned and charged me 125 dollars for one room. Will never use this company ever in qhich I am in search for one now but had to dome online and weite this review was very dissatisfied.

Jason and Juan did an excellent job. I didn’t think my rugs could get as clean as they left them. They were very professional very courteous and walked me through all the steps that they were taking with the rugs. They made sure that the rugs were able to be cleaned before they even started. They wiped up the floor around the rugs and make sure everything was clean and dry. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Amazing work done! We shampoo our carpets regularly and just couldn’t get some stains out. These guys took 30 minutes and have our carpets looking and smelling brand new!
