We initially had out carpets cleaned by two employees on thursday. We did 3 rooms - our living room and two bed rooms. The first thing I noticed was the lack of uniform, which I found odd for such a big company. They also wore their work shoes inside, which is kind of is a paradox, considering I was having my carpets cleaned. I asked if they could move the bed around, and help me move a piece of furniture to another room, but when they started working and didn’t do so, I had to ask again and they did it.
They were quick, and was out of here in 20 ish minutes.
After they left I wanted to check all the rooms to make sure everything looked okay. When i stepped back on the tile floor, my footprint from my inside shoes was completely brown. So I took my own carpet cleaner that we use for furniture, to try to extract some water from the floor to see how clean the water was, only to see that the water was completely brown… I immediately called Stanley Steemer on the phone and was met by a nice, and very helpful lady. We agreed that they were going to come back the day after, friday, to redo the cleaning for free.
Two new people came to clean the carpet again. They were wearing uniform which was good, but as well as the first two people, they were wearing tgeir work shoes inside, which again, I find odd. In my opinion they could have put covers on their shoes. They were being thorough, and spent 45 ish minutes doing the same job over again. They also deodorized the carpet, which I really appreciated as that is a service you otherwise have to pay for.
After they left I extracted some water like i did the day before to check if it was better - and it was. Not 100% clear, but it’s good enough.

All in all I’m pleased with the two last people that was here, as they were being thorough, and they took their time to make sure it was good. I’m not sure if I’m going to hire Stanley Steemer next time I would like my carpets cleaned, as paying $200 for them to have to do the job twice and only doing three rooms, seems a little over kill for me. We couldn’t put any furniture back between the two rounds of cleaning, so our entrance and kitchen, as well as one bathroom is filled up with our furniture, and it is like that for 48 hours…

I will attach photos og how the nozzle of my carpet cleaner looked after i extracted water on thursday, as well as the stain on the tile floor from the water that seeped out of the nozzle over night.

I scheduled Stanley Steemer to address soiled area of furniture removed from our home after a flood occurred earlier this year. The flood caused no damage to the pieces but the General Contractor neglected to cover my items annd returned them soiled, so I refused their offer to clean and called Stanley Steemer.
Mike and David arrived on time and before starting to work evaluated my Sectional and Dining Room chairs. They had me call Havertys Customer Care to verify the cleaning code and ultimately referred me to Chem-Dry to clean my Alma Sectional as it required a non-water based cleaning. They cleaned my formal Dining Room chairs and an area rug with expertise and precision. I appreciate the guys understanding of the cleaning required to ensure my items received the proper care they needed and I’m quite happy with the service they provided. I would definitely use them again.

Edit: I was contacted by Lance to have a different cleaning crew come out. I agreed, and they had an appointment scheduled for me within 24 hours. The crew arrived early, and really took the time to ensure the couch was cleaner and brighter than when they got here. They were here for 2 hours which was longer than the previous crew. They even took the time to show me a side by side comparison of the before and after to ensure my satisfaction and I really appreciated that. The crew recommended a protectant next time, and I will be adding that to my next service with Stanley Steemer! I do feel like the service is worth the price point now as I have been wowed :)

The employees were great however, I don’t think the service is worth $200. My couches are not remotely clean (less than a year old), and I am not wowed.

Mike & Mason were beyond nice. They took the time to answer my questions, were punctual and took great care in their work. I am an artist so had paint on the files. They were able to remove it! I will be using Stanley Steemer again in the future!

I live in a 2-story house with a Gambrell-style roof (like a farmhouse), and lots of debris had collected on the roof from the giant oak tree above my house. The pitch of the roof is steep, and very difficult/dangerous to traverse. Albert from Gutter Pro climbed right up and blew off a ton of leaves, branches and debris from all of the roof spaces on the house. Afterwards, he cleaned up everything perfectly. Albert and his team did an excellent job installing new gutters and guards for our entire house. Albert is very knowledgeable in gutters and drainage and help with cost-effective installation of the gutters and drainage system. He and his team were always on time for appointments and the installation and the quality is better in person than the pictures.
