The team that came to my house was very professional and thorough. Will use them again.

A great job from the process master clean service and they do some great work for a good price, No complaints, five stars.
-
Left faded spots all over the floor. Their trucks and equipment look like they belong in a museum. Also what kind of business closes at 4:30? Even banks stay open later than that now.
-
They offer a great service. They are very thorough and pay great attention to detail. I would highly recommend they're clean-up service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Process master was provided by by our insurance company as a preferred vendor to do clean out and packing after our house fire in December 2017,holidays are always a stressful time for all of us and a house fire to boot.
They seemed professional prior to signing the contract, well it went down hill after that my wife wanted to go Thur some of the belongings not destroyed and their was a lot of pressure to vacate and let them take over. Well my wife got a attitude from one of male employees and the site supervisor Stacey also made some comments belittling her efforts to save our personal property, we did not get the opportunity to see everything discarded because they were Deemed unsalvageable.
Furthermore the items not destroyed in the fire namely dinning set and China cabinet was damaged with scratches and parts of feet damaged and missing.
Our bedroom set has never been moved suddenly has scratches, scuffs missing sections of wood, nicks. When this was brought to their attention the claimed to have detailed photos and i viewed all 300 pictures and found very general lot of out of focus pictures of pots and pans dishes some of even spices one was a bathroom totally destroyed by the fire very few were of the actual items namely furniture and the were not as detailed as claim and I found them inconclusive as a defense to the damage they caused.
As far as packing they pretty much through everything in to boxes many if not all are miss labeled it says bedroom 1 but is actually kitchen and bathroom items leaving us bewildered as to what we actually have.
In short they will lie to your face
They will damage your personal property
They are not a company to be trusted in our opinion
Their was one young lady that I thought was very professional and help unfortunately I do not remember here name, she was the one exception -
Process Master was hired by our insurance company to to pack up, clean and store all of our personal belongings after a fire destroyed our home. After finally receiving our belongings back......we found multiple items missing and damaged. Among the missing items included a tv (which they did pay to replace), a pair of brand new Harley Davidson boots, an areo queen blow up mattress, Le Creuset dutch oven, etc..... My property was also handled with such disregard as well....most items had some sort of scratch/dent..... I had to toss out several irreplaceable items due to damages.....we were in a very vulnerable position and we were absolutely taken advantage of.....sad

Process Master was hired by my insurance company, USAA, in Feb., 2017 after tornado dropped tree on my house. Totally unprepared for the job. Wasted valuable time doing next to nothing, but billing (over-billing - i.e., committed insurance billing fraud and price gouging) and though they brought fans and dehumidifier for my great room, whose ceiling and walls had been perforated by the tree, but none for the master bedroom until 3 1/2 days later. They could not use the electric the first day+ because electric was out...but they billed for the use of their equipment then as well. That is insurance fraud! They also billed for labor(s) they did not do. For being a water mitigation team and licensed mold remediators, they did absolutely nothing to remove the wet insulation in my crawlspace/attic, which was soaking wet - which lead to mold growing even further, and causing more excessive secondary damages. They did not use a thermal camera, though their "flood supervisor/manager" stated they have one in the office. They failed to bring it to document the water infiltration for my insurance claim. Granted, no insurance company should ever have "con"tractors in their back pockets - a conflict of interest, and, collusion to low-ball cllaim, as well as gouging claim which insurance company only wanted to pay their really lousy "preferred" contractors - via Contractor Connection - and, they also failed to submit an invoice directly to my insurance company (per my ins. co.), when asked - to evaluate the actual charges they submitted to the general contractor. Flood supervisor took hand metered water readings, though I never recv'd copy of any such report. The hand meter vs infrared camera is very spotty - only where he touched it to the wall or ceiling - which he did not touch ceiling, and only had a few spots, out of very large areas of my home that should have been tested, which if there was any report, it would have been grossly inaccurate. They failed to bring any tarps to cover furniture - and when tree was removed from house, and water pouring in - they were totally unprepared, and, I had to ask several times for them to please go to the store two blocks away to get some tarps, plastic drop cloths, or plastic shower curtain liners, which the ins. co. would reimburse them for...so for that little favor - I was at least grateful for - but too late - after my furniture and carpet was getting soaked. The worst is the mold that is caused by their neglect. I also asked what do they do if they don't have enough equipment on hand, due to not bringing fans/dehumidifier for master bedroom, and, they said they rent it from a company - which is true - but yet they did not. I asked what they do when electric is out, and, was told they can use generators. Without knowing when the electric would be back up - they should have done so - rented equipment, and, used generator, in my opinion - minimally enough equipment for the rooms impacted. They failed to investigate the reason for the wet floor in front room, which seems to be foundation problems, and, they refused to pull the carpet up and find the cause. That is additional damages and failure to do their job - on an insurance claim. When I refused to use the general contractor (another con-tractor - Carbon Copy Construction, Jacksonville, FL - also sent by my ins. co.) - because of their neglect, failure to do works to Fl. Bldg. Code, Stacey Bell of Process Master, Project Manager, stated it was OK - she could submit bill to ins. co....then she went to meeting with her boss, Chris, who is her stepfather, who allegedly told her they have an exclusivity contract with Carbon Copy...which I know I could hire them independently as Stacey told me, her boss/step-father said no. Stacey also tried to connect with me on Linked IN, more than 4 mos. after this claim??? Why. She refused to talk to me and get me the invoice requested, so now why? Took pix of things not having to do with claim. ?? Cannot recommend, and stay away from. Sorry - you can do much better.

hired them to do a empty home i had purchased and they came while no one was there and did 7 rooms and a hallway WITH 10 GALLONS OF WATER as verified by jea and its meter readings. called several time and they were very eveasive and i had to call back 3 times to finally be told they used a self contained truck. not true and was told from the start they would be using my own water. to many other reputale compnaies to choose from so do not make the mistake i did .

Justin has been coming to do my house for a number of years and is quick and very accurate and does not leave the carpet too wet at all. Thank you.

Wow! Just Wow! As a property manager I try to explain to property owners that we have to trust our relationships with our vendors to know they will come through for us, give the best prices and the best service. This company is second to none! Stacy is on point! She doesn't mess around. I ask for it - and it gets done. Cleaning, trash outs, and carpet cleaning and repairs. Truth is, I held off on making a review because I don't want other property managers to steal them away. A SINCERE pleasure to work with this amazing company!

Needed a couch cleaned and some chairs. Had one of the owners come out. Look at the items to make sure he knew what kind of treatment would be best. That’s service.
Got a nice price and settled on day and time. On that day showed up did the job and the items look great. Very pleased with the results.
Would use again no questions about it. Good service good work. -
I had my carpets cleaned and tile cleaned by Amdrew this week. He did an amazing job. My carpets were horriable. They look fantastic now! Thank you Andrew and Process Master
Great service and great prices. -
Had toilet valve bust in upstairs bathroom which flooded bathroom, closet, and cause ceiling damage downstairs before I could get water shut off. These guys were GREAT. They were in by Sunday afternoon, and it is now Wednesday afternoon and all is dry. They came by every day to check fans and make sure everything was getting dry. Can't thank them enough

Very detailed work and very professional. They understand the customer needs and explain the process in detail.

Aaron and his partner did a great job. They were very meticulous and hard working. Our pavers have never looked so good.
-
Initially we were super happy with the work and work ethic when work was done 2 years ago.
However, the concrete paint is peeling off in several places, and has to be redone. The crew did not come back as promised to make it right.
In regards to our pavers, once again they are loose.
Our pool fence was never reinstalled properly so it is uneven due to the sealant material getting down into the holes that the poles go into.
All in all, the services provided are not long term, and we have to redo everything once again. If you are looking for a temporary fix. Then this company is who you choose. -
If I could give Zero stars I would, no return calls, no response to emails and no show or put on schedule as was told we would be back in November 2021. Was told by Zach faulty product was used more than once. First time sanding and sealing washed out, came and redid 2020, called and emailed again a few months later was washing out and patio very dull, looks and feels bad. Finally had two workers come out 2021 and email from Zach said would get us on schedule. More emails no response, last week he did answer phone said he was doing an estimate would pull our file and call back now a week no call back no response to email. Continues to wash out between pavers, step has shifted and sunk down from no sand. Our patio did not look this bad prior to the work this company did. No customer service from Zach or this company.

Okay work, but when we had an issue the company was unresponsive and unwilling to help.
Their house soft washing caused water damage to our electronic door lock, so I asked them to split the cost of a replacement with me at $100, which is a fair. They refused and denied it as their problem.
Does okay work but not good people. Take your business elsewhere. -
Great job from start to finish. Communication was impressive, kept me in the loop at all times. Patio pavers look like new after the cleaning, sanding and sealing. Only issue was the weather, figure that! But they handled it and the job got done! Highly recommend and will use them again!
