We had a great experience. Reschedule was necessary because of Helene … they came out a few days later and everything was communicated very clearly and they were super flexible. We needed some fixes, some additional sand - and then it was all resealed. Super happy with the result.

I cannot say enough about the professional and precise work ethic that the crew demonstrated. Aaron and Cameron are exceptional. My driveway, patio and walkways were buckling and a huge liability. They are now smooth and beautiful. I will use their services again without hesitation. Thanks.

Jax Exterior Cleaning and Paver Sealing did a very good job for me. Although they missed the originally scheduled date and the work was done a day later, they were worth the wait. The two man team was very efficient and thorough, especially in the cleaning and sanding process. Pavers look great and I would use this company again in the future.

This company is the best. Very professional. They treat your home as if it were their own. Their attention to detail was remarkable. We have limestone pavers which had some deep staining. They were able to remove all the stains , then they cleaned and sealed. They don’t waste any time, they are quick and very through.The stone looks amazing. Thanks to everyone involved. Best service hands down. They were timely with their responses and extremely accommodating to my schedule and time. Fair estimates and quotes. The work they perform is top notch. I had to have a few pavers replaced and a pool drain in the middle of my paver deck (10 yrs old). They made it look like nothing had ever happened. These are the professionals you hear about! 10/10 would recommend.

They are phenomenal! Zack and the crew completed approximately 900 square feet of beautiful pavers in just a day and a half. They listened to our needs and more than exceeded our expectations. Awesome company! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and the people. I had let my pavers get out of control and there were weeds growing out of the cracks not to mention the drain was full of dirt and clogged with weeds growing out of it. Jax Exterior came out and within a day cleaned, sanded and sealed my pool pavers. Did all of this while repairing around 6' feet of coping and resetting more pavers than I can count. The pool deck looks amazing now and I don't have to be embarrassed when people are over at my house watching the Jags. I would give them as may stars as possible and highly recommend. Not only are they good at what they do, but are polite, professional, punctual and the communication is second to none, on letting you know when they can come out and do a free estimate to when they will be able to start the Job.

I just had my pool pavers cleaned and sealed by Jax Exterior and they did an amazing job! I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and worked with me. I would definitely recommend them for any pressure washing/paver needs.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE -

JAX Exterior Cleaning came out in March 2021 and sanded and sealed pavers around pool and by June 2021 the sand was gone.

Called Zack and was told that the sealer was bad that was used in March and the manufacturer did not warranty it. Zack said he would "cut me a deal" and sand and seal again.

Company came back out in August and sanded and sealed again. By September the sand was gone in alot of places again.

Zack advised that he no longer served the area I live and that all was needed is for me to by a bag of sand and throw it down.

Job was not done years ago.

I have not had my pavers pressure cleaned, sand added, and sealed in a few years. Obviously some of the neglected pavers sunk, rain was deteriorating the sand underneath some of the raised pavers, weeds were growing between the pavers, and mold. Very stained and looked terrible. Jax Exterior Cleaning and Paver Sealing did an excellent job leveling, repairing, sanding and sealing, and now I can enjoy having a nice pool area again. I read the reviews and I am glad I selected them. I will use this company from now on and enjoy my outdoors. A company came out and told me to give them $14,000 to redo my pool, sadly!

Very happy with the cleaning and paver sealing service from Jax Exterior!! They were great to work with during the estimate phase -- super responsive, explained things in detail and answered all our questions. I had such a lousy experience just trying to get an estimate from local firms on Amelia Island; happy to report that Jax Exterior exceeded my expectations.

The team doing the cleaning and sealing were very professional and courteous. They did a great job! Would highly recommend.

Out of courtesy I informed the OWNER, Zach, that I had selected an alternate vendor to perform stripping and resealing of my pavers. He replied, "I didn't want to deal with it anyways." This is so UNPROFESSIONAL of a business to respond to customers in this manner. At this point I'm glad I did not select this company. Just saying, "buyer be ware"!

Exceptional customer service and excellent results! We hired Jax Exterior to perform a soft wash on our 4,500-square-foot roof, as well as clean, sand, and seal the driveway and Lanai area. The outcome was phenomenal – our roof and driveway pavers look brand new. I highly recommend Jax Exterior for their outstanding service.

These guys did an amazing job on our lanai pavers. We hadn’t had them sealed after they were installed 3 years ago, and it had become impossible to keep up with the “scum” and weeds in the cracks. Jax Exterior Cleaning was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They power washed, resanded and sealed the pavers. They look like new and I’m excited to enjoy my lanai again.

What a great crew! They got here first thing this morning as scheduled and worked non-stop until about 5:30 p.m. Services included exterior house soft wash, driveway and sidewalk pressure washing, and paver repair/clean/fill/seal. Very professional, hard working, and detailed. Everything looks amazing. They are coming back to clean my roof; and I also asked for a quote for driveway pavers. I highly recommend.
