Jax Exterior Cleaning & Paver Sealing provided quick review of our paver driveway and recommendation to bring it to a more suitable look. We had experienced a major car oil spill on our unsealed pavers. The team arrived as expected and work some magic. First off Zach was great to work with and very professional. In my experience contractors can be a pain to deal with and tend to not deliver on expectations. Zach and his team excelled in every category. They showed up on time, explained exactly what to expect, explained what was going to happen given the weather challenges to the paver sealing, great quality on the work itself and great communication throughout the process. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for work on the things they provide. Top shelf company, no bs on this one. I am happy to be a reference for them if ever needed.****

Update:
Be careful of these guys. Make sure you get them to agree to a warranty or honor their work. Had work done, looked great at first. There was a good area that looked wet, asked owner about it he said it was normal. He said to contact him if it didn’t change. I did then I was ghosted. I pointed out that the seal wasn’t taking. I reached out multiple times over multiple months to get them to come out and correct things. Now driveway is back to where it started as if nothing had been done and now I’m out a good amount of money. I have to now find someone to redo their work and repay. Buyer beware and get in writing they will honor their work

Zach, Gene and the whole crew did a wonderful job. They soft washed the house and roof and cleaned, sanded and sealed our pavers. They were very polite and took care of any concerns. I would highly recommend Jax Exterior.

I was amazed by the results! They crew did an excellent job and were very thorough. They handled our items with care as they moved items as needed. They house looks freshly painted. I still cannot believe how clean the white trim is now. Great service and well worth the cost. Highly recommend them.

Zach and his team we’re super responsive. They pressure washed, sanded and sealed my pavers. They look great. Weather delayed the project but they kept me informed of any delays. Fairly priced. Being in the construction trade for over 30 years and a CBC for 13 years I only have a handful of people and companies I recommend. Dealing with Zach with Jax exterior cleaning was a pleasure, they came quickly to do an estimate, and followed up with scheduling and completing our project. I usually do my own projects myself because I either don't trust someone else to do it or I don't mind learning something new,but after trying to clean my pavers myself and putting in the new sand I decided I didn't want to chance doing the sealing wrong. Zach's crew showed me what a professional job was supposed to look like and I can't be more pleased with the outcome. Thanks guys.

Jax Exterior did an amazing job cleaning, repairing, and sealing my pavers. Gene did the repairs and went above and beyond, discovering the damage was caused by a gutter drain, he rerouted the water so no damage would occur in the future. They spent two days cleaning and sanding the pavers making sure they covered every area. The sealant left the pavers looking brand new. Could not be happier with the final product. Great work!!

In July I hired this company to clean, re-sand and seal my driveway. Several weeks after the work was completed I noticed the sand was not staying in place and gaps in between pavers were forming. I contacted the company to report the defective results. (At that time I was told the 1 yr warranty was for the sealer only. Keep in mind the original sand lasted several years.) I asked the vendor to come and see my issue. After patiently waiting weeks for someone to come inspect my claim of poor workmanship, I reached out again, only to find out the inspection would cost me $70. Reluctantly I agreed as I assumed the company would see the issue and resolve it. Two weeks have passed, on action taken. If your looking for paver sealing keep looking

Wrong. I agreed to the $70 charge to "inspect". I waited for someone to call and schedule and call never came. Bottom line you should tell people that when you re-sand their driveway the quality of the work is only valid until you are paid

Zach was great and took time to walk me through the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect. But I could not have expected that my pavers would run out this nice. They are practically brand new! The team was quick and professional and kept almost all the sand and dirt out of the pool. That’s a huge accomplishment considering the design of my pool and deck... I normally clean them and can’t keep as much out as they do. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs pavers installed or cleaned/sealed.

Arrived on time for the estimate. Explained everything needing to be done and told me I would have an estimate within 24 hours. I received the estimate the next day and approved the work. I was given an estimated start time of approximately 4 weeks out but was told upfront start date could change due to weather. I got lucky and work was started on original date. We had a little rough start but communications was always open with crew and boss. Started with cleaning and sanding on Friday, had rain on Saturday and on Monday morning they were back to finishing sanding and sealing. Very impressed with job done. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone who was looking for the job we had done.

Jax exterior cleaning did an amazing job. The crew was super pleasant and extremely particular and paid attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to perform any task within their scope of services. We had the outside of the house cleaned. Pavers cleaned, sanded and sealed. Also cleaned the huge cage. We will absolutely use them moving forward for all of our needs in this area. Thanks again Zach for running an amazing company.

What a great organization! Zach came out and gave a very competitive estimate for the work I needed done on my paver repairs and sealing/cleaning. I initially only wanted paver repairs but with the price of having it all done being well within my budget, I decided to get it all done. The guys showed up and did a phenomenal job and even went above and beyond with pressure washing the back of the entire house! The guys did a great job and were courteous and professional! They will be my go to for now on! Great job guys!!

Was a Facebook advert that was exactly what I was thinking about, without any searching.

They are very responsive and proactively communicate with you. Work travel, 24F weather and the holidays kept messing up our plans, but they were very professional and we found our window.

In my opinion the price point was fair for all the work they did. Very communicative and efficient, it was surprising how great this small business is. Absolutely Five Stars and they have my strongest recommendation.

If pressed to pick one strength, I would say their professionalism. My pool deck, screen, house, driveway, wooden deck and of course pavers look wonderful. I paid extra for them to move my belongings off the pool deck, since I was out of town for the morning start. Everything including several potted plants were moved with care.

They have all of my future business. We are surprised how bright everything is after the soft washing and sealant.

The Jax Exterior team provided outstanding and professional service. The results are remarkable and I would certainly recommend them. The competitors estimates were WAY overboard and obviously opportunistic in getting rich quick. Avoid the hassles and hire the best.

I have to give this company a 2-star review and they mainly is because communication with the leadership is terrible, and they don't do what they say they will. They showed up on time and completed the job a day after they said. We are very understanding people, but we had to leave in the middle of the second day and the owner called and asked me to leave a check with the crew and it wouldn't be cashed until I had a chance to review the job. Well, when the next day arrived, I easily noticed there were a bunch of areas with light or missing sand, so I immediately took photos and shared with the number that had been communicating with me. No response for 4 days so I followed up no responses then a few days later I found a new number text that number received a response and apology for the delay I guess the guy I was texting was fired so now I was communicating with the owner. He received my pictures apologized for the situation and delay and would be out ASAP. I waited a week nothing followed up was told ASAP waited another week same story it is now 7 weeks after they did it and they still have not come to finish the job correctly. Weeds will start to grow back soon as there is no sand in certain areas of the joints. I didn't want to write a negative review which is why I was patient and trying to communicate with you multiple times but at this point I have to put my patio furniture back and let everyone know it is a chore communicating with you as a business. In conclusion I see the owner took more time responding to my review instead of just coming to fix my issues. There is missing sand across the entire pool deck, as referred to in the text messages "it was a subset of pictures, so I was not walking around sending you 100 pictures of all the missing sand across the entire pool deck. Also sends me a text message after the post upset about the number of stars I gave in the review and then refused to come and correct the job as he stated in texts to me and even in the response to the review. Owner is obviously a terrible business owner which is why employees are leaving him and he is starting to get more negative reviews that customer service childish responses are starting to catch up with him. Wish the experience was better, but after his last text to me I guess I choose the wrong company. There is a difference in being patience and waiting 7 weeks for you to return one is absurd to expect a paying customer to wait. Save yourself and go elsewhere before dealing with the childish responses from this owner.
