I have used this company for over ten years. Almost twice a year too! I am not one to complain but service this last cleaning for HORRIBLE. Terrible workmanship and terrible customer service. It is a shame that after one bad experience and the way the company treated me that I would never use them again nor would I recommend them.

Professional and thorough technician and cleaning. No harsh chemicals, detergents or soaps were used. Dry time was 2 hours instead of what I have had in the past, 24 hours. Best in the industry!

I've used First Coast Chem-Dry several times. They are always prompt, friendly and courteous. Most importantly my carpets looked great!

I was quoted $129 for a single room cleaning plus $79 for PURT treatment. I was told the use of additional PURT solution would incur additional charges. When the technician inspected the room, he told me he would need to use an additional $200 worth of cleaning solution. I specifically asked him if the carpet was beyond saving and he assured me the PURT solution would rid the room of lingering pet odor. After treatment the room smelled worse than it did prior to treatment! I spent a week running box fans in the room trying to get the carpet to fully dry... and ended up replacing the carpet anyway. $400 down the drain. Don't bother with PURT treatment.

We have used First Coast Carpet Cleaning before and have always been satisfied. I’ve already recommended them since Troy was here today!

The main stains on our carpet, while it was still "wet," had diminished, but when it dried they came back. Ryan sprayed the carpet in spots, then wet a mop and put it on a rotating machine and then proceeded to go over the carpet. All the spots returned. He said they could not get a couple of the spots clean at all but when he left I took woolite carpet cleaner and got them up. The area was a living room/dining room and hallway. He ran the machine for only 30 minutes and charged $217 - not what was quoted. The high traffic areas were gone over with only the "wet" mop. Truly a disaster. Will never use them again and suggest everyone should call someone else. I will.

We were looking for a carpet cleaner that could clean our carpet without making it so wet that we couldn’t walk on it for the better part of a day. Chem Clean filled the bill just fine. We were dry in just a couple of hours.

I was very disapointed. The carpets didn't look any better after they completly dried than before I had them cleaned. I showed the Chem-Dry employee some stains that needed extra attention and the stains are still there, one of the stains was never even treated or cleaned. I will not use them again. It was several hundered dollars to have all the carpets and a sofa cleaned. I could have rented a cleaner for a lot less and had better results.
