I am the Director of FT. Caroline Baptist Academy, and we have used First Coast Chem-Dry for many years to clean and sanitize classroom rugs and hallway carpets. In this age of concern over health and safety we trust them to clean and sanitize the rugs our children sit and play on everyday.They are dependable and professional in both the administrative department and the service department. I highly recommend First Coast Chem-dry.

We have been customers of First Coast Chem-Dry since 1997 and have always been happy with the results. They are punctual, friendly and professional and our carpets are always bright and spotless when they leave.

I could not be more pleased with the service First Coast Chem Dry delivers. I am the Admin. at my place of business, and I've called First Coast Chem Dry three times now. Once for carpet cleaning and twice for sanitization against Covid-19. I would say First Coast Chem Dry is reliable, dependable, professional and they just do a great job.

I used First Coast Chem-dry to clean my sectional. Troy did an amazing job. I was stunned to see how much cleaner my couch could get. Now I want to clean everything. My wood floors are next.

Very Professional with in-depth analysis of what treatment was needed to meet our requirements. We had very bad pet odors in our Microfiber couches and when the treatment was complete, it was gone and still gone! Thank You Chem-Dry for your prompt and professional service, I Highly Recommend their services!

We engaged Chem-Dry to clean two area rugs and to clean, re-seal and polish granite countertops. The sales rep assured us that our appliances and wood floors would be covered/protected during the granite work, but the service technician did not follow through. As a result, we were left to clean up the overspray (cleaner and polish) on the appliances and floors. Very dissatisfied with Chem-Dry and will never use them again.

I went to the warehouse where the rugs are cleaned and cared for. I observed as the rugs were fed into huge bins of water and gently washed. After the rugs were washed they were removed and carefully dried. The entire process took too long for me to stay and watch. The people working there were professional, answered all my questions and very thorough in their work. Seeing how Chem - Dry operates was all it took to convince me that this is where I will have my rugs cleaned. Every rug I saw looked brand new!!

Had a terrible experience with First Coast Carpet and in home service. They said the need to take the rug back to their facility to clean it. It was ruined.it was white now the whole rug is discolored.

I had my couch cushions cleaned by First Coast Chem-Dry and they did a great job. Eric called to let me know that they were on the way and the technician was nice enough to "deal" with my dog. The cushions came out great! Highly recommend!

They made a very chaotic day a little easier. The guy who came out was on time and very friendly. My carpet looked great afterwards because, he was able to get out a tough red juice stain. The service was very inexpensive compared to other competitors. He also was very patient with my daughter who was running around.

Troy was prompt, polite & extremely proactive in getting my carpets clean. I was not sure what the ultimate price was going to be but was exactly what i hoped it would be. I definately won't wait so long to get carpets cleaned next time. Thanks Chem-Dry and Troy.

Troy was awesome 😊 we just moved into a rental; need I say more. He made the carpet and tile look great really happy with how hard he worked to make the nasty go away. Highly recommend him to anyone that wants quality work.

Timely arrival, personable technician and the carpets look great. Biggest issue for the 4 stars is that the tech arrived saying I signed for the regular service. No I signed up for your top package because of the pets stains. Keep some idea of what you agree to as the confirmation you get doesn't say what, just time of appointment. I was told they move furniture but he didn't do area under sofas didn't get done. It also takes more time to dry than they say when setting up the appointment. Not a huge deal but definitely not a couple hours... more like overnight.

He cleaned a bedroom carpet that I thought I was going to have to replace. What a fabulous job he did. The before and after was really unbelievable ! No new carpet needed. We have used Chem Dry for 40 years in every house we’ve been in.
The most amazing transformation was the day an autistic grandson took a red magic marker and drew on the light colored runner on the stairs. Not a trace of it when Chem Dry left !!!

First Coast Chem-Dry did a great cleaning job on my carpet! The technician was professional and knowledgeable. They also contacted me to confirm my appointment and again to let me know they were on the way, which I appreciated. They are very reliable and I would (and have) recommended them to family and friends. I will certainly use them in the future for my needs.

I couldn’t be happier with First Coast Chem-Dry. Thanks to Erik and his team our office is cleaner, more sanitary, and overall, the whole place looks and smells better. They removed all the foot traffic and spilled food stains from the carpets, as well as deep cleaned and brightened up our grungy old restroom tile (which I thought was going to be impossible). They showed up Saturday morning on time and were polite, professional and hardworking. On Monday morning, I was flooded with complimentary remarks from coworkers. As far as price goes, they were in the middle between the other companies that provided estimates. The price we paid was well worth the results.

I made A big mistake and was spray painting My refrigerator inside. I had a film all over my tile kitchen and great room floor. Also my floor needed to be cleaned. They did a great job it looks like a whole new floor I was so happy with the service and the professionalism of Troy.
It was a great experience I love my new tile floor.

Troy arrived and was immediately willing to work around our schedule. He was courteous, efficient and took extra precautions to ensure baseboards and floors were not contacted with his hoses. The floors were clean and smelled amazing. I highly recommend this company and will have them out again.
