I chose First Coast Chem-Dry after reading their reviews. I didn't wet carpet for 1 to 2 days after it was cleaned. Their technician Troy arrived on time (a big plus in my book because tardiness is a pet peeve of mine) and after a walk through, got right to work. I was quite surprised at how well he cleaned my stairs. The carpet looks new and I couldn't be happier. The carpet in my entire home looks great. They are professional, efficient and offer a great service for the price. I encourage everyone to give them the opportunity to clean and reinvigorate their carpet. Thanks Troy!

First Coast Chem Dry was great! They clean our office building and extended a discount to all employees. When I reached out to schedule, they were courteous and professional! Troy completed the cleaning yesterday and our carpets look great! I will definitely use them for future cleanings.

Every aspect of dealing with this company was absolutely amazing. Calling in, it was easy and quick to get details of the service and set a timely appointment. They came out within the next couple of days and cleaned my bedroom carpet and bathroom tile. For four rooms and an area rug cleaning, their prices were phenomenal! I believe it was Troy who serviced us. He came in, prepped our carpet and tile, and cleaned our carpet better than it’s ever been cleaned. He was such a warm, friendly, and genuinely sweet person. Even after apologizing multiple times for how much of a mess the place was, he assured me that it was fine and that he would get it clean, which he did! I usually rent the Big Green carpet cleaner, but after using this company I will never rent that carpet cleaner again!

They don't know how to clean expensive rugs. They took ours from our home and ruined it. After almost a year we have it back. It was white now it is discolored and worthless

First time using and the last time. Use a different company. My carpets turned out crunchy from to much solution being used and not extracting it all the way. The Cleaning methods are out dated. Spraying carpet down and slightly agitating it then vaccuming it dry really doesnt do much at all. I did mention it to the technician and he said he could spray it down with water and vaccum it out. Which made it better but not by much. I might have seen a bigger difference if hot water was used for extraction. Truly I can get it cleaner with my bissle carpet cleaner and a brush on drill in roughly the same amount of time it took to get it professionally done by this company. Im giving two stars, because of the technicians customer service and the effort he made to try and make it better. The grout cleaning did turn out a lot better.

I was hesitant to write a review, but I was treated very unfairly. I have attempted to attach photos that were taken three hours after the cleaning to circumvent lengthy explanations or justifications for leaving the floors in the condition they are in.

I paid $365 to have bamboo floors cleaned in a newly renovated three bedroom condo. I specifically requested that any remaining specs of paint and dust be removed/cleaned. I was assured this would happen. I allowed the technician to clean while I was at work. I showed up three hours later to find the floors in the condition of the attached photos.

I reached out to the company and was told I have two options. The first option was simply to clean it myself (after paying them for this specific purpose). The second option was to pay them an hourly fee of $75 to have someone come out to clean the floors. Surprisingly, they could not quote me on how many hours it would take them to complete the task I originally paid for.

I’m not one to disparage a business online, but this was unacceptable and I was not given a reasonable option to remedy the situation. In fact, the representative I spoke to stated “the technician told you that you would have to clean the paint yourself.” See below for reference as to what my floors looked like three hours after they were “cleaned.”

Came quickly, like almost the same day! Everything was cool, clean and looked great when I got home! They cleaned the driveway and the sidewalks, and it looked like brand new! And it looked pretty rough before. And they were less expensive than everyone else.

Sean was great. My brick house was super dirty once I removed some too close hedges and now it's all cleaned up. I considered this being a DIY project but I'm sooooo glad I called him instead.

Amazing job by Seal Team Jax. Our pavers were so dirty and I was worried they would never be beautiful again. Seal team pressure washed, resanded and sealed our pavers. Looks brand new! Also pressure washed driveway, front porch, walkway and our house...taking precautions to use proper technic for our cocqino exterior. Everything is sparkling. Very reliable and professional group of guys.Highly recommend.

Sean was excellent. Responded to my inquiry very quickly and within 24 hrs got the job done. Price was very competitive also. Will definitely hire again.

I hired GBG for several projects around my home. Including roof washing and stripping and sealing of both my front pavers and my back travertine. This was a very large project (1900 sf pavers in the front, 2200 sf travertine in the back) that Sean underestimated and I suffered because of that. He estimated 1 day, when this was more of a 4 day project.
He put in 1 good day of work and the rest of the work days were pieced together. I felt I was no longer his priority and he just wanted to complete the project. Long story short, my travertine in the back has white streaks all over it and looks very ashy. I will now need to paint the back of my house bc they did not clean up after stripping and the stripping material plus sand and dirt is now embedded in the 8 bottom inches of the back of my house and in my enclosure screen and trim.
I am now in the position where I have to re-strip the back, seal again, and repair the damage that was done to my house.
Sean refuses to strip his work from my travertine. That was all I asked of him to resolve this issue. So, if you have a small project, they are able to handle that... but keep your big projects for a more experienced company.

Seal Team did a terrific job! We had a portion of our driveway that needed to be reset due to some tree roots that pushed up on the pavers, and the guys got it all back to flat using the same pieces & placement! They also thoroughly cleaned all the pavers before resealing them. Very pleased!

Sean did a great job cleaning my entire house and pavers at the back of the house. He communicated with me on his arrival time. He was very professional and the price was fair.

Seal Team Jax.has pressure washed my house, driveway, patio and fences for four years straight. Each time they have done excellent work with no hassles. I highly recommend them.

These guys are top notch—professional, detail oriented, and reasonably priced. Evan scooped our gutters by hand (not with a messy blower like other services). He cleaned leaves and oak flowers from our roof and blew and bagged all waste. Will use again!

Sean was very considerate. He wore a mask and maintained distance which is important to me as I am caring for someone who is high risk right now. He did a good job and a fair price for cleaning my gutters.

Grime-be-gone cleaned and resealed our pavers and also washed our house. My pavers had turned as gray as concrete. Now the pavers LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN with all the beautiful red and yellow hues showing. Sean was very polite and helpful with moving our furniture on / off the pavers and very communicative. He and his company were great. We will definitely use this company in the future.

These guys were awesome! Respected my time and property and that's a hard thing to find in the contractor field nowadays. I am hard to please and these guys did a great job at a competitive price and excellent communication. Do yourself a favor and use Grime-B-Gone

Sean did an excellent job. He was able to give a quote very promptly and got the job scheduled quickly . He worked hard and at a very fair price . I will definitely hire him again !

Sean was highly professional and did a great job. The property was vinyl siding and two stories tall. Everything looked great when he was done. 5 out of 5 stars!

Sean and his partner showed up on time and went to work immediately. Pavers in the driveway and boat parking as well as the back yard walkway and patio. I can honestly say they didn’t even look this good after they were installed! I highly recommend this company as their prices are competitive with other sealers but the attention to detail went above and beyond! …David G
