My husband called and Noah McWilliams was at our house within a couple of hours. He spent time explaining the product and showing it to us and also demonstrated it. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. Our only hesitation was having to make a quick decision. We have kept Noah's number though and when we are ready to move forward we will call back!

My gutters were full of leaves so I called HomeCraft to give me a estimate on gutter guards. Tommy showed up just on time and greeted us with a smile! Although we aren’t quite ready to make the decision yet, Tommy definitely left a fantastic impression on us and we will be sure to call back as soon as we are ready for our project to get installed!

Installation. Ross Matthews was a Great sales representative. He was very thorough and helpful with all questions and information on their products. I'm very happy with him and the company. Thank you.

Ross Matthew's was on time to provide my free estimate. He was very professional and got me a great deal that worked within my budget and what I needed. Highly recommend.

Ryan (Charlotte Rep) came and gave a great overview for gutter installation from Home Craft Gutters (HCG). He was very thorough in his explanation of why we need his service and why we should choose HCG. He showed us a variety of options and helped us find the perfect match and need for our home. He was very knowledgeable of the product and honest about the pricing and warranties. We are soon to be customers and can’t wait to have flooded or clogged cutters off of our worry list! Most of all, Choco (our dog) loved Ryan and Ryan loved him!

I recently had an appointment to get a quote on gutters and gutter protection for my home. When the gentleman showed up to my home he was dressed professionally with a giant smile on his face. He was excited to show me the wonderful quality of the product and how inexpensive it would be. For a single woman with 2 children, money can be scarce. He took the time to really work with me and was extremely knowledgeable on the product. I felt as if he was making sure that we were taken care of. I wish all salespeople would be so humble. Thank you Mike for selling me on a great product. I'm excited for the installation.

I had Edwin Aviles come give me a quote. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We discussed the particular issues with replacing my gutters and how their process works. I accepted his offer, and in a week and a half they are scheduled to come do the install. Looking forward to having good effective gutters.

Installed a day early and I could not be there as I did not know they were coming. Installed wrong and numerous calls to get them out failed. Two problems with install, one that caused flooding in back yard. I have finally reinstalled myself because roofer told me the install under the roof shingles would cause cupping and void my roof warranty. Three years and I have yet to hear from anyone. Great sales poor follow up.

Tommy Anderson from Homecraft came out to give us an estimate for gutters and gutter guards. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his products well and answered all of my questions. Although we have other estimates scheduled, we decided to go with Homecraft because of the quality of their products.

Ross Matthews stopped out and created an estimate for my aging gutters. He listened to my budget needs and tailored the offering to what I can do. It was really exemplary customer service.

We also loved how they are not flat, like everyone else, but raised in sections to let the water go through and the debris on top to be blown away. Nice to know that they have the patent on these!

Also, very important, reinforcements hidden hangers every 16 inches to make sure the gutter guards stay exactly where they’re meant to be..

there is a lifetime transferable warranty, which is also incredible!!!!!

Chris who came out and spoke with me out the gutters was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work which sealed the deal on me getting their service. The financing options were great help. Many people in my neighborhood do not have gutters. I believe HomeCraft can add value to many homes where I live. The only reason i put 4 starts is because I was suppose to get pictures but didn’t and the technician pulled the numbers off my house and placed them on the ground to be lost. Overall, satisfied, now i’m just waiting for it to rain to see how well it works.

Our initial experience with HomeCraft has been great so far. They were quick to respond and promptly provided a reasonable quote with flexible payment options for us. I look forward to our gutter install and follow up review!

Great company! The Robert and Evan came out and were friendly and took their time explaining all of the different options we had questions about. They worked with our budget and gave us time to discuss and think with no pressure.

Decided to get an estimate for gutter replacement from HomeCraft Gutter Protection. Our rep Lindy was absolutely fantastic. She was able to show me the problem areas and explain exactly what caused the issue. She provided a brief presentation of their product and some from their competitors. I was impressed that their gutter protection included a 40 year warranty as well. The pricing was better than other estimates I had received and even though I wasn't ready to make a purchase Lindy has convinced me that this product is the way to go.

I just had these gutters installed. The initial sales rep was exactly on time and we spent plenty of time discussing my concerns. The product (gutter guards) are superior to all of the others I've seen. We have extensive landscaping and plants near our house so I wanted to make sure that none of them were damaged.

The install team showed up 3 days later - exactly on time. The 2 men who installed the gutters were professional and polite. Again we looked at the hedges and other plants to make sure they could clean out the gutters and then install the gutter guards safely.

They provided an up-to-date copy of their liability policy - an important consideration if people were going to be climbing on my roof and perhaps someone was hurt.

They damaged NONE of our plants. They cleaned up afterwards magnificently - the yard looked better after they left than it usually does after our yard guys show up. Overall, excellent experience. One possible improvement - revise the initial sales presentation, it's a bit overkill.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Good job.

Noah McWilliams was a very pleasant ( and good looking) gentleman. He gave a very good presentation. He did “sell “ me on the product . He spoke clearly. I wear hearing aides but no problem. We can not commit to anything right now. We are waiting for roofers to come to see what repairs need to be done to fix a leak
