After a bit of confusion regarding start date, we had an stellar installation and are extremely pleased with how the gutters performed in the first heavy rain after installation. Will definitely do business again when opportunity arises.

Tommy Anderson came out to give us a quote on his day off. He offered several prices based on the products they offered. Some were a little more then we could afford, but he worked with us and made sure we were happy with the price we finally settled on. He was quick, direct, and very friendly.

The representative scheduled an appointment for a consultation at my earliest convenience, the representatives arrived on time and gave a comprehensive presentation on their product and went over my specific estimate. They had physical examples of the product to look at and feel, as well as samples of all of the colors available. By the end of the meeting, I had an install date scheduled for 4 days later. The representatives were friendly and professional. I was offered no interest financing for 36 months to complete the job and was easily and quickly approved within minutes. Gutter installation was completed all on one day and they look great!

I was referred by a very close friend regarding gutters for the house as he was also working on the same project. Ross (Rep) didn’t hesitate to talk to me over the phone and asked if He can come to my house and talk about my own plans. It was late Saturday but he still wanted to come over and we were able to discuss my needs most specially the financial aspect of the project. He didn’t rush us but listened and understood what we desired and that was when we came up with the perfect plan suited for our home. He did not hold back on helping us to afford the costs! Ross was always professional and yet personable and desires only for us to enjoy the benefits of his company! We’re glad we talked to Ross and are now using HomeCraft Gutter Protection!

Dangerous driving during rush hour, cut across from the left lane to the 295 east beltway north bound at the st John's bluff exit, forced himself in over the solid lines and almost hit one of the 10 cars that were already lining up to exit.
