Isaiah came to do our annual centricon inspection and was absolutely amazing! From start to finish everything was explained perfectly and we had some of the same interests and his personality really shined. 1000% would love for him to come to my house again.

The young man, Isaiah, was very courteous and engaging. I asked him a question and he answered me with some suggestions.
Asked about my 4 beagles and he himself has dogs, so of course we had something in common!

Just started lawn treatment service with Florida Pest Control. Early reaction is excellent. Really happy with the team including Raymond, Steve, and Jonathan. Jonathan did the treatment today. I really appreciate his communication before and after the visit including answering some questions I had. I know it’s early, but I’m happy so far. Thanks guys.

Star I would. Initial customer service was great but actual pest and lawn service was subpar. My lawn looks worse than when I signed up and there was no improvement in the spider and pest reduction. What is even worse is after calling to cancel, they continued to bill me and I now keep getting the run around on a refund. This company has been bought by Terminex so you just keep getting their corporate customer service who tells you they will submit the request to a manager. No manager ever calls. Don’t waste your time with this company, you will regret it.

I have called your office at least 5 times. They have all my contact info and I have been begging for a manager to call me so we can resolve. Please provide your contact info so I can call you directly. Your response is consistent with my past experience with your customer service line. A lot of good talk but zero action.

Great pest control service today from Florida Pest Control. Our technician Jon Gussler was very friendly and attentive. He took great care to make sure we were happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Great service Nevin Koch did an excellent job of finding the squirrel nest and sealing up the openings. Him and his associates are always friendly and do quality work. Florida Pest arrives on time and stays until the task is complete. Keep up the great work guys. Recommend to everyone

My appointment was on time with Nevin and his team to do the exclusion on the ventilation ports around the outside of the house, garage door exclusion preventing rats a snakes entering the garage and install exclusion exterior entrance doors that cover the entrance ware you crawl under the house.
All of them were very polite and used safety precautions while they worked.
I would recommend Florida Pest Control to anyone looking to have their home protected from vermin an snakes.

We could not have been more pleased with HouseBright’s work at our home. We had mold/mildew on white trim and now it is all gleaming white! They were even able to get rust stains off our house and trim. I was especially impressed with Kevin’s dedication - he came back the day after initially performing the job to do some extra work on a couple areas that he thought he could get even cleaner. Had to write what awesome an experience we had with HouseBright Exterior Cleaning - We just had our roof cleaned by them. Very professional. On time on budget . And very attune to insuring plant and grass material are not harmed. They have done my driveway and pool deck and roof. All my plants were protected and looked great after . Cleaning was exceptional and lasted !

House Bright does excellent work, we have used them twice over the past 6 years and each time the job was completed as discussed. the jobs we have done with House Bright are hole houses washing from driveway to roof and from front porch to back porch including the screen covers. I would recommend House Bright to any one who needs pressure washings, gutter cleaning, done professionally and reasonably.

I live across the street from the ocean and years of salt spray along with rust and hard water stains had all but ruined my windows. Kevin did an excellent job on our house exterior cleaning and the patio and driveway. His low pressure system combined with chemical additives led to excellent results. We had many dark stains on many walls and the fireplace and everything was removed and looks as if just painted. We are extremely pleased with the services rendered and look forward to do this work on a regular basis. We absolutely recommend his company for similar work.
